“I sat in my car and waited for about a half hour for my to go order, which was no problem at all. The food was good. BUT while i waited in the car for that half hour i seen a female waitress with a high long ponytail touch her hair over 15 times then go and get customers to-go trays. she also served food after touching her hair. like eww. I observed this because my phone was dead, i had no charger, and i was looking to see my order on the shelf by the kitchen. I'm glad i ordered to go.”

“This is a great, new type of business for the Kalamazoo area. The tea and ice cream were absolutely delicious and the owners/staff are friendly and helpful. Haven't had the food but if its anything like the ice cream I'm sure it will be good. There were longer waiting times during the soft opening but with more employees and equipment coming in, it won't be like that much longer. Definitely worth a visit!”

“The people that work there are great. You have to understand they have one lane. Sometimes you might wait a little bit longer for your food. But they work their butts off the food's always good and hot and they are nice. I just told my 13 year old son the other day that I have been going to McDonald's for 40 years and I like this McDonald's better than anyone I've ever been in my life and that's the truth. It just feels like home there for some reason and I've only been going there for about a month. You guys are doing great keep up the good work and look out for the guy driving a dealership car all the time always gets a hamburger with no pickle. Awesome job y'all”

But when you tell someone to wait in the back for a large order that is anticipated to take 20 minutes, the customer shouldn’t have to call the location 40 minutes after being told to wait in the back. And if that happens the response shouldn’t be “We thought you left and hadn’t come back yet.” Don’t know too many people that are going to drive around for 40 minutes waiting for $60 worth of coffee. But here’s the thing - it’s not a walk in location. So you know the person is gonna be waiting in the back. Check to see. Probably just a bad start to the day for both of us. Will still rate 4 stars because you guys and gals rock. But come on.”
