“My recent visit to this place was my first Five Guys experience. Everyone raves about Five Guys, so I was very much looking forward to trying them out. My overall experience was a positive one, but it didn't quite live up to all of the hype. The burger was very tasty but extremely sloppy. I don't just mean sloppy because of all the toppings. I mean a slice of cheese was hanging half way outside of the burger and wasn't even melted, and there were almost more toppings just laying inside the wrapper than there were on the burger itself. Still, when it put it all back together properly it tasted very good. The fries have a nice flavor as well, but they were not at all crispy. Again, I think Five Guys is a solid fast food option, but for the high cost of their food, and for all of the rave reviews I have heard and read about this place, I was expecting a a better experience. I will try them again in the future. Maybe I caught them on an off day. I do recommend Five Guys. 1 star deducted for a burger that looked like they didn't even try to assemble it properly, and for the soggy fries, but 4 stars for the great flavor and the fun experience.”

“The service is excellent to say the least. I ordered a five piece chick’n’tender and they gave me nuggets on accident. I went back up to the counter and spoke with Andrew. He sincerely apologized and told me I could keep the nuggets and said they would make the chicken tenders for us. The chicken tenders came out quickly and Andrew personally brought them out to us and was extremely polite to us, apologized again, and even offered us extra sauces and asked if we needed anything else! Andrew was SO nice and polite and honestly this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, including dine-in places! Even though it was a minor mistake that I wasn’t even mad about, he made sure to make it up to me! On top of that, the food was amazing as always. We will definitely be back!”

“My husband and I along with our two adult daughters attended the soft opening. We all got something different so we could try a variety of things on the menu. Everything was so good! All of the meat were extra tasty! The cornbread was really good and so were the hush puppies! There are many different sauces to choose from and you can’t go wrong with any of them! The staff was incredibly nice and extra helpful. Love the look of the restaurant! If you download the app, you get $5 of your visit! They also work with charities and give 25% back to the charity! That’s more than what 90% of restaurants give back! And they have catering! The prices are pretty similar to any other barbecue restaurant.”

“It's been awhile since I had Pizza Hut. I ordered via app then pick up. Service was very friendly and professional so I didn't think to check my order. When I got home is when my family said I had the wrong order however the server gaxe it to me directly. We had to make another trip back to the Hut to get the correct pizza. Service was still friendly and professional but also very apologetic for the mishap and corrected our order. Then he gave us the incorrect order for our inconveniences. Just be aware if you look at the menu online some items are on the Chinese menu, which is on one side of the restaurant, and some are on the Hibachi side. We were too shy to ask if we could order some items from the other side, though. We ended up loving everything we got, though, some of the best American-Chinese we've ever had... and the Chinese side was quiet in the middle of the week, which we prefer.”

I've read a ton of disappointed reviews on here dating back numerous years and I encourage those to give it another chance, because as I understand it, the restaurant has a different owner now. He is very nice, he actually took care of us today. Make sure you try the coconut shrimp! Best I have EVER had!!!! I just have one suggestion. I know you have oil back in the kitchen...dip a cotton ball or rag in some and oil up those kitchen door hinges!!! My God, that thing was squeaking almost at a constant, the whole time...being that your awesome busy workers were busting their butts.
