“I've been to Presotea twice now and both times have been great! I haven't gotten a tea YET, but the vietnamese coffee and the flan coffee were both absolutely DELICIOUS! The location is clean and pleasant, while the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are great with recommendations on drink options and the different boba. “I ordered a patty melt, fish & chips and chili fries and I asked that the fries be well done/crisp. The fries were barely cooked and when I sent them back I swear they gave me the same chili fries in a different container. The fish was overcooked and it was/is a very bad experience and “I” would not recommend this place! $25 for nothing! *****Update! The manager of this place (sorry I forgot your name) literally called and bugged me about making this right (I’ve never seen such tenacity). He/they replaced the order and were very happy to do it. The food was better but the customer service made it great! I will go back.”

“Pretty good restaurant serving middle eastern food, looks like the place is renovated into a modern retrofit style. Food was tasty, portions sizes was good and the staff is quick, friendly and responsive. The soup was awesome and chicken kabobs were delicious. I have to tried the sandwiches but that's on my list next time. The garlic sauce is one thing which can be improved but other than that very good tasting food.”

The menu is typical for a Coney restaurant but don't let that fool you, everything I have tried has been great. Sandwiches, soups, even their quesadillas are a must try! You will definitely need a carry-out box if you dine in the portions are great!”

“Good wings but...they are very small!! They are cooked properly the way I like them. The 'nuclear' sauce is more of a mild sauce and not hot at all! The wings with the nuclear sauce look very similar to Sweet Waters wings just not as big as SW. Service was very fast and the girl at the counter was nice and pleasant. I will go back if I am in the area again but I wouldn't go out of my way to get them as I would other wing joints.”

“I really enjoyed SandBaggers on my first visit. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was really fun. They had karaoke on a Friday and the sound was good and the hostess was really good, too. We had pizza and I had clam chowder, both which very good, especially for a bar. They had keno and the full Michigan lottery products for the gamblers as well as two pool tables for the shooters. The restrooms were clean as was the whole bar. I will definitely be going back to SandBaggers for a karaoke night and hope to see you there, too!”

“Really really good, I only found out about this place from Google Maps and I was excited to check it out after looking at the menu online and the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Had an awesome grilled pastrami & Swiss on rye, my go-to deli sandwich. Onion rings were solid but I had little room for them after the sandwich. I had all but given up on finding a good deli on the east side but this is it. Only minor quibble is the counter is a bit small & crowded to eat at which I usually do. I'll be back, probably with some work colleagues.”

“I just had my first visit earlier today and it was AMAZING! I tried the chicken caesar salad and it was amazing! I also tried the home-made chicken noodle soup and that was amazing too! The pita bread was also great! The service was fast and the waitress who served us was so very nice and kind. “Service in drive through was normal time as most of fast food drive through windows are. Employee was courteous and kind. Food was pretty good for the price. I ordered the two double specials for five bucks and a small shake. Enjoyed the double fish and saved the double spicy chicken for the next day. Shake was very good and so smooth.”
