Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had the $14.99 mix and match all you can eat shrimp, ribs, and chicken strips. The batter used tasted like it was old. The meat inside was very good though.

I went to Applebee's last night with my boyfriend, and we were greeted right away. I do feel the hostess could have been more friendly, she didn't ask if we wanted a table or a both and I didn't even catch her name. My server Cassie on the other had was very nice. She provided friendly service and we were surprised with how fast our meals came out. Overall I had a nice experience, Applebee's is always a go to place to eat.

I went to Applebee's for dinner with my wife this past Sunday evening 4/10/19. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress, Theresa, greeted us at the table shortly after being seated. Every need we had from ordering to refills, she was on top of in a timely manner. My wife and I both ordered the three course meal; it was my first time seeing this menu feature. It came with a salad, appetizer, and entree. I opted for the lower tier burger, forget the name, boneless wings, and the house salad. It took 10 minutes to get the salad, around 19 minutes for the wings, and 30 minutes for the entree. The progression of the meal was a new experience for me. I would not recommend this feature if one was trying to get a quick bite. The food was averagely good; the portions were humongous, and I have a big appetite.

The place was clean throughout. Theresa was wonderful. The other touch points of the night were good. The bill was dealt with in a timely fashion. The reason I am giving a 3 star review is because the food is average, the service was good, and we were not sent off with a goodbye or see you next time.

I went to Applebee's for dinner with a couple friends yesterday and was very pleased with the food and the service! We walked through the first set of doors to an employee holding the next set of doors for us; very welcoming feel to the establishment. We were seated immediately and our waitress Megan was very kind and patient with us as we were looking through the menu. She was very knowledgeable of the menu as she helped remind us of the name of a dessert we were wanting to try that we saw on a commercial. The food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Our drinks were refilled in a timely fashion and was surprised when I received an extra large filled to-go cup when I asked for one to put my leftover drink in. Very happy with this Applebee's and I will for sure be going back!
