    Big rapids can be difficult to find food at night. This particular location does a very consistent job making my late night shifts a little easier when I'm here to work at a nearby factory in Reed City. The food is fresh and delicious, much better than some other locations.

    This place is getting more and more expensive to go to and have subpar food. Still enjoy the choices of wing sauce but getting to be pretty close to not worth eating here.

    Went in for lunch and was quickly waited on and served our appetizer and food. It was the first time I had been offered a to go cup for my drink which was nice since we were traveling. Everything tasted great and the staff was friendly.

    In my opinion the food is great although they could give a bigger portion of fries. Service wise, not so great. The hostess seated us quickly but wasn't particularly friendly. She didn't interact with me and friend much or even smile! Our server was friendly but my interactions with her were very brief as she seemed to be in a rush . Overall I think the food is great but they could improve their guest service.
