Pernoi

Fine and formal dining has finally arrived in the Metro Detroit area! Service is on par with Michelin 1 star restaurants in Chicago and New York. Menu is concise, but each item is so intriguing that it can be difficult to decide what to order. The server's description of dishes was very helpful. We were asked to order all of our courses at once, which usually means they come too fast, however, that was not the case at Pernoi. We ordered 6 different dishes and all were outstanding.

The wine steward's recommendation was perfect for our coursed out meal. We ordered a $150 bottle of red wine and I was quite surprised it was served at room temperature instead of cellar temp, which was disappointing. We also were not asked if we would like it decanted, which I would have preferred. I realize this is nitckpicking, but this is how I serve wine at home.

Although some minor missteps, we can't wait to return to order an all seafood meal!

Nice romantic atmosphere, but would also be great for a business meeting and/or celebratory event. Three courses were delicious and beautifully presented. Will definitely come again!

Amazingly classy place! This is a review that I would normally posts a picture of the food but my girlfriend took all the pictures in her phone so I didn’t have any pictures to post of how awesome our food looked. It did not only look of perfection but it tasted of perfection.

This restaurant is definitely five stars in my books!

Yes, Yes and Yes. Yes the food is outstanding. The service is impeccable . Yes the decor is lovely.
Few places you can go on the first Saturday night they are open and have this epic of an experience .
