“The customer service was excellent! I ordered my son's 1st bday cake last minute and the owners were so kind and gracious. Michael was so pleasant. He knew exactly what kind of cake I was looking for and he did not disappoint. “Second time we have been here, service is great! First time here we just had drinks and shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were colossal and delicious! Today, shrimp cocktail were smaller, and there were 5, instead of four, but still good. I ordered a Shrimp Po boy, I couldn’t even eat it, it was very spicy, the menu doesn’t state anything about spicy, so just a heads up. My husband ordered the pulled pork, and it was delicious! Nice to have a good place close by! We’ll be back, I will be careful what I order though!”

“I tried this place for the first time last night. Ordering online was very easy, and the curbside pickup was very friendly and efficient. I didn’t have to wait or call. Someone came to our car quickly and made sure we had been helped. Our order came out on time which was nice. The whole process alone made me want to order online and do curbside again because it was so easy and efficient. We tried a small BYO pizza with vegan cheese which was great. We were especially impressed because the pizza wasn’t greasy compared to how other pizzas can be. We also got an order of bread, and an antipasto salad. Overall, very good and I’m excited to order from you guys again!”

“Happy to see they are finally open, taking the place of Alex Chinese and Grill. I'll really miss Alex, but the new owners were super friendly when I stopped in for a menu, and I wound up ordering some cashew chicken to give them a try. The first thing I noticed was amazing portion size! Easily 3x the meat and cashews of the other new Thai restaurant in the area and it was NOT drowned in sauce/soup. You know what I mean if you've had the other place's cashew chicken. For now I'm taking one star off because I ordered it medium and it was pretty bland / no heat. I'll have to wait until my next order to see if it was a fluke, or if I need to remember to order a few spice levels above normal at this restaurant. The flavor profile of the sauce was also not as complex or garlicky as the "other place" and almost had a sweetness to it, but it was still very good and I ate way more than I should have...again, the dinner portion was plenty for 2 people to share for $10.95. Can't wait to try a variety of other dishes here. Bottom line, well worth giving them a shot and welcoming them to the neighborhood.”

“We'd been hearing about this place since it opened in Waterford a while back and haven't had a chance to check it out. We went for my mother's birthday and for a Friday evening it really didn't start to get busy until after 6pm. We showed up early for the reservation and they already had the table for 9 ready to go. The appetizers were tasty. We ordered wings, pretzels and the sample platter. The prices overall seemed a bit high for the sizes of the portions. I was a little surprised when the food arrived honestly, but the flavor was on point. The service was pretty good, nothing to complain about. It's a little tight getting to the bathrooms from all the way on the other side of the restaurant. Seemed like they were cramming people in on the bar side. I'm sure they'll figure it out after being open for a bit. There's also a game room with a couple of things to do - darts, pool tables, a golf game as well as a bowling game. There's a claw machine that'll take your money until your kids are crying for a toy ????. Overall the atmosphere was nice, the food tasted great, and we would definitely return. Maybe in the future the prices will align more with the plate sizes. Either way, definitely give it a shot! Kids or not, you'll enjoy it.”

My only real complaint is that the pop was very flat. But over all it wasn't bad for being the only sushi and Thai place I could find near Lapeer.”
