I’m always greeted right when I walk in, the employees are always smiling and in a good mood, making conversation and even during the busy lunch period they say hello to each customer and remain friendly and polite. “I almost never do pick ups, I like their delivery folks. I do notice that the inside is clean whenever I drop in. There is always something playing on the TV so I'm never bored as I wait. Can't beat a flavored crust! I do enjoy their deals on pizza and wings so I tend to get them both. That cookie is so gross! It tastes half cooked and when I put it in my oven, it over cooked within minutes. I added ice cream to it and that helped a little. Not sure what brand provides the ingredients but I'm never ordering that again.”

“I haven't been to the actual location, however, I did have MOD Pizza for the first time when our office ordered carry out the other day. I must say that I am beyond impressed with the entire MOD concept from start to finish...The menu is aesthetically pleasing and it was easy for me to decide and know exactly what I wanted. As a woman, this poses a challenge when dining at most restaurants. ???? My pizza, which was customized completely by ME, was cooked to absolute Pizza Perfection and I really couldn't argue with the price!! I highly recommend MOD Pizza and will happily patronize this establishment more often!!”

“The food is very good. I expected it to have a bolder flavor. The prices are high compared to other restaurants in the area. But worth paying if you're looking for Mediterranean. I am personally not a fan of their hummus. To be fair, it is a personal preference. Definitely try for yourself. it's totally possible to eat here without having the hummus. Most of the time I get meat and their kale tabbouleh salad. The turnips and beets are very good.”

I'm talking stop in for a burger after a long day at work and the staff cheers you right up. Top notch folks. Second, the food is consistent and fresh. After going to the distributor (who was also out), the proprietor called around to other stores who might have it. “So in terms of good Chinese take out, this place is wonderful. There are occasional times when you are waiting for the food as the chef is preparing it, but well worth it. My family loves the family deal, which comes with 3 large entrees and two sides. “I ordered the Tuesday Baker's Dozen bagels, which is $3.00 cheaper than other days of the week. I put in the order on Monday, which is what you need to do these days if you want to get the bagel varieties you want. When we arrived there was nothing waiting on the Rapid Pickup shelf, and when we asked about our order the worker got a wild eyed, confused look and headed for the back. A manager came out to apologize and explained that the morning manager had missed seeing the order and there were no bagels available. I was happy enough to agree to pick them up the next day, Wednesday, and the manager promised to throw in a couple of extra bagels. My wife requested that they include some of their plastic storage bags and that they keep the two varieties of bagel separate, and the manager was happy to agree. I picked up the bagels this morning. They again weren't on the Rapid Pickup shelf, but a worker brought them out from the back when I asked. All the bagels were tossed in together, and I had to ask for the plastic bags. When I got home I realized that the promised extra bagels weren't in the bag. I really should have stood there and counted them. In sum, the order was not available when promised, when I did receive it our requests had been forgotten and the extra items promised weren't there. Panera's prices have been rising in recent years, and although the bagels still taste good I wonder how much longer we will continue going there.”

“We scheduled and paid for a deposit on a birthday party a month in advance. We were promised that we would have our own party attendant who would greet us at the door and inform us of what is going to take place. We get there and no one greeted us, we stood around waiting for someone because we were told someone was coming and they never did. My wife finally was able to find someone and lo and behold they did not have our party scheduled for that day. Luckily, two of the girls who were running other parties really stepped up and got everything organized the table set up and made it a memorable occasion. I have to admit I was pretty embarrassed when all the parents were showing up with their kids and we didn't have a party. They did compensate us for the trouble and overall the party was actually pretty great. Even though I did receive an email prior to the event, I would recommend calling the day before to make sure they have your party on their schedule. For the money that we paid I thought it was well worth it.”

“We stopped in for a quick sandwich. Subway is always pretty reliable for a relatively low calorie and inexpensive meal. In general the sandwich was good, as always, but we have two quibbles. Firstly, this is one of the locations which doesn't offer brown mustard. With Subway it's hot or miss whether they do, and this one doesn't. Secondly, my wife asked for extra pickles and was told that there is a limit on pickles. She wasn't asking for an unreasonable number, but when she asked for some more she was told that it's a policy to limit pickles. This is the only franchise we've visited which has told her that they limit pickles, and this location has consistently done so for years. We will probably be back occasionally since this is the location closest to our house, but we visit less than we might otherwise do.”
