“First off I had my lunch inside so I will base my review off of that experience. The inside of Firehouse subs was very clean and welcoming. We had a short wait, however it was lunchtime, so it is to be expected and not a bad thing. The staff were friendly and helpful with me deciding on a sub. While waiting for my sub I was treated to a large selection of hot sauces from a scale of 1 to 10. Presumably 10 being the hottest. The scale is very off in my opinion as I am a self admitted chili head. I chose a few 10s and a few 8s and was pleased with the flavor all in all. Heat wise, I was disappointed but not enough for the loss of a star. Over all this place is amazing and I will be returning.”

“Food was good. Service was good at the front counter. Service at the food pick up was not good :( I felt like the workers were angry. My daughter never got her iced coffee. She had to asked for it before we left. I like the Panera statement of quality food. I am willing to pay for good food and it is really good food. But...every time I go into a Panera (not the same locations) the employees seem angry. That alone makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to deal with angry staff that is making question....why are they so angry???? Yikes!”

“Stopped here while waiting for a service appointment. They have craft beer flights! Way to get with the times B-dubs! 4 five ounce samples at $1.50-2.00 each. Boneless jerk wings were fresh and evenly sauced. Very good service. Low/high top, bar and patio seating. Tons of T.V’s with clear screens. Relatively clean restrooms. Lot parking. I would return.”
