“Don't let this place fool you it is open during the warmer months. My boyfriend and I just got some ice-cream there. I got the peanut butter cup flurry and he got the blue raspberry glacier. The last two times I have called for delivery, no one answers the phone and there is not even a MESSAGE to let customers know that the restaurant is in fact CLOSED. When I asked about this, I was told that they didn't know how to set up the message function on their phone system. If you cannot find a way to TELL phone customers that you closed early (what's up with THAT, anyway?), then DON'T close early. Their published hours are not observed; if you are going to close any time you darn well feel like it, then TELL us that on your website AND your phone message. I assume that this restaurant is your livelihood; take it seriously then.”
