Authentic in quotes because, honestly I'm not sure if that is an accurate description since I've only been to Mexico once. Drinks (adult) were BIG. Prices are a bit high but not offensively high. I did feel like the extra cost was to pay the amount of wait staff standing around not doing anything. But I don't know. I'll go here again.”

First they got my order wrong, and while i was explaining what i asked for, the chef interrupts me, raises his voice, and points at the food that i didn’t order. Not to mention, the plenums in the hood fire protection system were missing, and there was a whole lot of buildup of black residue on the heat detection links, which is a hazard. While talking to my friend (who wasn’t a fan of their food), i mentioned how this place is always consistent. Ironically 10 seconds later i got into bones in my chicken. I’ve always liked these guys but after that experience i probably won’t be a customer there anymore.”

“Not a great location, but the food more than makes up for it. Was a bit skeptical about this place even though I've only ever heard good things about it. Decided to have lunch there and got a sampler set for two. Everything tasted great with the exception of the egg rolls - there was nothing wrong with them, I just prefer spring rolls instead. The platter even came out with a small fire pit in the center in case you wanted to cook the beef skewers (very good) longer - nice presentation... Along with a friendly server our lunch experience was very good.”

She had to asked for it before we left. I like the Panera statement of quality food. I am willing to pay for good food and it is really good food. But...every time I go into a Panera (not the same locations) the employees seem angry. That alone makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to deal with angry staff that is making question....why are they so angry???? Yikes!”

“Was decent this time. They were severely under staffed on this Friday night. There were only 3 tables when I got there with 2 other people and we were told it's going to be 15 min wait. Which was fine. Then after the 15-20 min went by they told us it was going to be another 15 min wait because they only had one cook and was understaffed. They apologized for it. I guess they have a new GM and he's trying to figure out the schedule. Well a little hint for ya, it's Friday night and you are the only place to go eat when it's 2 am or later. The ONLY place in Saginaw that is open besides Denny's. So you should have more employee's there. Other than that it was good”

“The best part was our chef, Kevin. Tried to order several different drinks and they were out, were told one whole section of the saki they no longer carried yet still on the menu. The rice in the spicy tuna was so sticky, I know its supposed to be but it was like paste. We had a good time all in all but also noticed massive cobwebs everywhere and a very run down building. Plus, made a 7pm reservation and still waited 30 minutes to be seated.”
