“I think they must’ve had a very rough morning/day by the time I got there because no one was particularly happy to see a customer walk in… behind the counter was a bit of a mess and one bathroom had no toilet paper but I think they were understaffed and tired. I was grateful for this location though, needed a break on my 15 hour drive. PSL and sausage egg and cheddar were good :) The only thing I know about Michigan is this Starbucks haha.”

“Very small location with decent sized menu. Wait time on food can take up to an hour on even simple orders, however kitchen size appears quite limited which makes the wait understandable. Staff could be quicker at cleaning tables after customers and it would be much nicer to not see any of them touching their faces without washing or sanitizing right after especially when they are the ones bringing plates of food to the tables. Staff is very nice and very friendly with everyone, seemed very accommodating and welcoming. Food tastes of homemade and it is delicious! Refills and check ins would be appreciated as our water refills took almost as long as the food did. Overall not a bad spot, just could use a few improvements here and there.”

“First time visit to this establishment. No wait time, and seating up front by the street is a fun place to sit. I will come back again. Facility is clean, and pleasant, atmosphere is upbeat due to the friendly staff and well appointed interior. I would bring children here, and I was impressed with food quality and quantity. One of our party did not receive a dipping sauce that was part of the dish, but I still felt like overall experience was very positive. Parking at rear of building is open and easy to access. Thumbs up!!”

“It was terrible, waited for an hour, backed back to the window and asked where our food was they said they gave it to us. There was another car waiting also in front of us we think they gave our order to them, two 5 piece chicken, one two leg dinner with potatoes and coleslaw, and one more coleslaw, I guess that car made a haul, they left right away. We were setting in car in a bad hail storm while waiting all that time, well they finally made it right except the extra coleslaw, all and all terrible service. thanks but no thanks. Rating about a 3.”

“Extremely mediocre hamburgers and first about sums up the taste. But the service is as fast as it claims and the employees are friendly. A pretty interesting claim to fame to be the last in the world if what was once a growing chain, but with no option to customize it's just not what most people are looking for these days. The price isn't quite as epically low as it once was but still pretty cheap compared to many fast food chains on the regular menu. It'd be worth trying for some of there more unique choices like the olive burger if you are into that.”
