“One of the better Red Lobster locations. Prefer this over the one in Novi, which is closer, due to the service, which is usually good, fresher food and accommodations. Although this time we exchanged the silverware as the one at the table was dirty. Have used the join the wait list feature online during high volume times which occur after 4:30 or so on the weekends and after 5:00 or so on the weekdays. Wait staff service varies as some are better than others but that is the nature of that job. I requested melted butter which wasn’t included when our dinner was delivered so I requested it again and the waiter brought over non melted butter. Lots of seating available, booths or tables with accommodations for those with disabilities. As with any chain, special seafood options are featured from time to time. The current feature is cedar plank seafood event to welcome summer. Prices are moderate to high. Atmosphere is very casual. Good location with plenty of parking.”

“I especially love the parmesan flavored crust on the pan pizza... we Don't like the bacon because it is mostly just fat pieces, but the pork is great. So we usually get the pork and ground beef with extra cheese on a Parmesan pan crust. But the ham and pineapple is all so delicious as well as the chicken with barbecue sauce. The atmosphere inside is kind of down home comfortable yet modern. I like the booths and the wood decor on one side and tables and chairs with a more modern Twist on the other side. And yet somehow it all goes well together! The raspberry flavored lemonade is awesome! The online order process, once you place your order, is extremely fast! A lot of times, only online, you can get a large 2 topping pizza with a couple of extras like the pan extra cheese, for around 10 bucks, when you click on the "Deals" option.”

“Went here with some coworkers. One of the employees brought out several orders at once, and another customer ended up grabbing one of the orders belonging to a coworker, claiming it was hers, and promptly left. We did not realize until after the fact. It was an interesting experience, but I do not fault the restaurant. Regarding the food, I had the fish, and it was very tasty. The price is very reasonable. The single tartar sauce wasn't adequate for the meal, I did not receive any silverware, and the order of fries were underwhelming, which was unfortunate. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but the atmosphere of the place seemed shaky at best. I would eat here again, but I'll be sure to double check my order to make sure everything is there. The guys running the place were super nice and it seemed they were trying their best with the tools they had, which is respectable. I give it a 4/5 because this place has serious potential if they straiten up.”

“Have made two attempts to try out this food truck, with no luck. Website and Google state they are located at an address and open majority of the day, but I've yet to see them. 6 months ago he totally disregarded someone else's complaint about this issue. It's simply resolved by explaining it on the website, and possibly pulling your hours on Google. Most food trucks are at the same location and don't usually change hours, or are changing locations multiple times a day. Their websites clearly inform you of this and are updated everyday. “We love everything. A lot of spicy stuff. I got the fried green peppers and they were not bell peppers just to warn you. Great flavor but sooo hot. Love the hot and sour potatoes, the eggplant, tofu & vegetables. Egg drop soup is just the soup and eggs. I wish it had some vegetables in it. Otherwise, a great place to get authentic Sichuan food. I do wish the prices were lower as you get only a couple dishes and it runs you $50 easily. The staff is so friendly! During a pick up order I had both kids with me and someone helped me bring the food to my car! I really appreciated it.”

“My wife and daughter ordered the London broil. Both of the London broil were less than warm:( they reheated one then it was over cooked. The shoe string fries were limp, probably cooked in old grease. My fried chicken was good. The bacon wrapped chicken liver appetizer was dry and tasted funny. Not a good experience:( The waitress was very apologetic and she was a very good polite server. I would have left a 1 or 2 star if it wasn't for the chicken and server. Management never once came to the table to offer an apology.”

“This place is *fabulous*! Delicious house-made ice cream and sorbet in an adorable space with a retro soda shop feel. Staff is amazing, they make sundaes, shakes, etc while you wait, you can even take home a pint. Flavors rotate, and samples are free. “Have to admit that I went here for a more traditional fried chicken experience. That's the problem with expectations, they only set you up for disappointment. To clarify a bit. The chicken and breading were fried to perfection. The prices on the other hand are WAY up there. It's to be expected in a college town, but still quite unreasonable for fried chicken. The sauces definitely show an Indian influence. Very very seasoned, over seasoned if you are not expecting it. IMHO it would be nice to have more options for a mellow sweet, more traditional sauce that some may expect before getting hit by the whole world of spices in one meal, way too much to take in. I still recommend a visit and forming ones own opinion, just go without the expectation of a traditional southern soul food experience because you will not be happy.”
