“Oh I love this place for quick Mexican cuisine on the go! Would like to see a reduced price on options without meat. Beans have to be cheaper than beef. Guacamole is great here, worth the price. Maybe consider adding a dairy-free cheese option to the menu. Good place for cheap Mexican food downtown. Does get busy during the weekday lunch hours but service was very quick, one of my favorite places because it is so cheap when most places downtown are charging a ton for lunches now. Close to Campus Martius.”

“I placed an order for delivery through Potbelly's website. There was a mix up with Door dash that unfortunately caused my order to be late. I called the restaurant and was told the Mgr. was on the phone with them trying to see what happened because the driver hadn't showed up. The Mgr called me back to apologize for the inconvenience and said another driver was a mile away from their store and of they didn't arrive in 10 minutes she'd personally bring my order and that she was including cookies for free. The DD driver did come. She But Vickie the store mgr. STILL called me back to make sure I received my order! I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY by Vicki's kindness and going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! POTBELLY YOU'D BETTER HOLD ON TO HER!!!!”

“We went to Which Wich for the first time today with our granddaughters, one of whom has severe dairy and egg allergies. The cashier, Andrew, was very helpful in helping us decipher the menu but when we had specific questions regarding ingredients he immediately got the manager, Steven Price. Steven was able to answer all our questions, got out the allergy/ ingredient information and then personally made the sandwich so there would be no cross contamination . The service was wonderful and the sandwiches were delicious!”

“We had a large party for dinner with just over an hour's notice. They accommodated us and we had a great experience!! The food was delicious, especially the crab cakes and creme brulee. The BEST part, though, was our server, Artese. I have very rarely met anyone so courteous, hardworking, thoughtful or friendly. I'm not from the area but if I were I would absolutely be back here just to sit at one of his tables. Artese and his positivity were definitely the highlight of our meal!!!”

“I am a little puzzled as what rating I should give this place. First, when I see the name Shake Shack, I am expecting some spectacularly good shakes. I wasn't impressed with the shakes at all. I have had better shakes at less quality restaurants. Definitely not worth the $5 in my opinion. The fries are good, but for what you are paying for the burger (and your shake/whatever other drink you get), I don't think you should have to pay as much for the fries. The burger was pretty tasty. Kind of small, but tasty. Service was decent. For as many people as there were, the line did move pretty fast. I would be willing to go back again. Probably wouldn't waste my money on a shake. I would try other places out first, but if friends were going, I wouldn't be bothered to go back here.”

“Went here on a date on a Saturday night during jazzfest, place was empty, which was surprising seeing as there were thousands of people in the street outside. Place was spacious and clean. Service was a little slow, especially since they were dead. Had the drunken noodles and the Bangkok duck. Both were large portions and delicious! I enjoyed the impossible burger while my partner ate the veggie wrap. Lots of beer options if you're into that. The architecture was notable as well- the ceilings were beautifully arched, and it was a delightfully chill rustic feel.”
