Their deep dish crust is to die for--crunchy and soft and chewy at the same time. We ordered and ate in the store. Staff for very pleasant and efficient, And it took only about 15 minutes for our pizza to appear.”

“I really enjoyed this place on my first few visits. I have been back several times. I'm not sure if they have changed management, or if it's just different staff but, it just isn't as good as it was. I keep going back hoping it will be but, no luck so far. Last time I was there the girl at the register, and the gentleman making the food seemed upset that I didn't write in a tip on the receipt. I personally always tip in cash, after I get my order...I still gave a tip. Afterward the young woman seemed uncomfortable when I grabbed my food. Didn't end up eating it that day. It could have just been in head but, it's too expensive to have that kind of doubt in food. I likely will not visit this restaurant again.”

“I live near the Arabic food capital of the U.S. however this place has been a very good! Nice staff. Food is just wonderful and fresh! I'm not saying they're perfect but who is? Dessert choices are varied, some made on premises. Portions are big enough for 2 meals! Not a cheap place but worth the money to get what you want. It's mainly take-away but has tables in & outdoors. “Our waitress was nice and friendly. Entree prices were good, $7.99 for lasagna plus a $1.00 upcharge to a baby Greek salad. However, dessert prices were high, $5.49 for most cakes, pies, and cheesecake. My suggestion would be to offer some desserts for around $3. Remember, senior citizens love their desserts. ????”

“I’ve been to this J. Alexander location several times and have not been disappointed yet. One thing I specifically want to write about is their smoked salmon appetizer. This appetizer is our go-to every time we come here. It is absolutely TO DIE FOR! Large chunks of smoked salmon mixed in a delicious mayo mixture, served with toasted bread crisps. SO good! Another excellent dish is their Thai Chicken Salad. We often order the salmon dip and then split the Thai salad and it’s perfect. I do with they had bread baskets, though. It’s the only restaurant I know that doesn’t serve bread, even at request. Service has always been excellent for us. Sometimes there is a wait, but if you make reservations or go early enough, you won’t have any problems.”

“Service, service, service!!! Our group of 11 reserved a small banquet room for a dinner party to celebrate a birthday. The room was lovely, and the food was excellent. We could not have asked for more helpful staff. They even retrieved a helium balloon which had escaped to the ceiling. They allowed us to bring in a bakery birthday cake and served it to our group. I will definitely return!!”

“These guys we're amazing. I was stupid and took my toddler to a pet store to look at animals and he fell in love with a kitten we could not have. This was my very next stop, and i just needed to get my husband a sandwich while he was at work. My son was so distraught he hid in the corner and sobbed. I apologized to the employees and they were so kind and understanding. I work just across the street and every once in a while order lunch from this location. They are always courteous kind and professional. After this experience, I'm going to be ordering a LOT more often. I only wish i knew the names of the employees who had helped us. What a truly amazing team.”

“Great place to eat. Larger sandwiches, better than Subway. On my most recent visit a customer requested that some of the condiments for her sandwiches be " on the side". The server then put the requested items in separate containers. This is a service I've never considered requesting. The server even wrapped a container of dressing in plastic so it wouldn't leak. Wow! This type of personal service makes this Jersey Mike's a giant step above other sub shops. Even if this is just standard procedure & done all the time I was impressed. “Just moved into the area and wanted to get some food for my friends that helped us move into the new place. I called up wanting to order a party trey and the person I spoke to said they usually need 24 hour notice to make a party trey but regardless he would start making it right away and asked when I needed it. In less than 30 minutes he whipped up a perfect party trey. Such a nice guy, not sure if he was the manager but either way he was so sincier and did a fantastic job. He didn't have to go the extra mile for us but he did and that is what makes a great business. I'll 100% be back and if Subway reads these reviews this is a great location with fantastic customer service. 10/10.”

“Great fast food place to stop if you want to get away from burgers. Their new Gyro with real lambs meat is terrific! The one with beef should be avoided. It's not a Gyro as much as a beef pita wrap. Unless that's your thing. Nice variety of sides. One negative for me is there are no regular fries, just curly and spicy. If you haven't been for a while I suggest stopping in and checking out the menu.”

“Granted I did add the tomatoes and green onions because I wish they would start putting green onions back on it; but look at this delicious pizza. Look how deep the cheese goes. I did pay for extra cheese but it's never that hot and that good at other locations. When I bit in the taco I ate it so fast that I could not post a picture. The meat was so hot and the food was delicious. This is a great Taco Bell, I never had a problem in the food is always yummy and fresh.”
