“They have screens displaying sandwich options but they don't actually serve sandwiches anymore. They still have doughnuts and untoasted bagels. Seating is typically open and is less busy than the Starbucks nearby, and the drinks are good.”

“Pretty good! Especially loved the old pictures on the wall, captioning how this place got started so many years ago. Check out that one picture of all the snow that year! Holy mackerel!”

“Lovely diner atmosphere and service. The chicken and dumplings soup was clearly homemade and delicious! The tuna melt was served on homemade cheddar and onion bread. Yum. All around, an excellent experience.”

“Customer service was great, Sylvia is an outstanding worker, answers questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. Clean store, decent prices, etc. Would come back to this location again because of her. Would even recommend to friends and or family to this location.”

“After having read many articles about their original "station", we were surprised to find a precinct on our travels around the Northern Lower. When we walked in, we warmly welcomed by the two young employees. We looked around, took the obligatory mug shot and talked with other customers. The custard filled straights were a pretty good size and very heavy and the coffe was good. This is a great concept. Keep up the good work.”

“It's a must to stop in here while in the area. It is always busy! They have it down to a science... and a lot of people grab it to go. There are plenty of picnic areas all around town and around the corner. They are open for breakfast and lunch. Fresh ingredients and an interesting variety of sandwiches and breads and toppings. A lot of local featured items. I had a chicken salad on Traverse City cherry bread. It was a great combo. The soups are fantastic. We had the Tomato Gorgonzola and it was tasty and little cheesy. I was pleasantly surprised. I have not tried the breakfast items yet, but one day.... I will be back again..”

“These are the most delicious pretzels I've ever had. It was hard deciding which one I wanted, so I got a few, lol! Got the jumbo special with parmesan cheese and marinara sauce, bacon cheese (wholly cow) and the little ones for my daughter with cinnamon sugar and vanilla sauce. Actually can't wait to grocery shop next week and bring all my kids with school being out. Great treat for the family! Thank you for coming to Taylor, we needed you!”

“Cute place with a ton of apple choices. We went early in the apple season and tried their cider, it was quite tart and watery. I didn’t really care for it, maybe it would get better with different apples. However their glazed pumpkin spice donuts and apple cider donuts were outstanding. I wish we would’ve bought more, they were so good!”

“We are crazy about the bagels here and the flavored cream cheese. My husband hales from Long Island and swears these are the best he has found outside New York. I am inclined to agree with him. The kids can't get enough. Thanks to Grandma who brings them to us whenever she comes to visit.”

“Food was great. We were hoping we could find a place that had pasties and they delivered! These were the best beef pasties we have had!!! Staff was really nice. The decor is a little outdated but very clean! Nice gift shop too!”

“What a quaint place to eat. Really a cute little place for a quick bite. The menu is limited, but the food is great. We met up with some family there and am glad we did. Only reason not a 5 is the waitress seemed to be in a hurry with removing plates and a little slow with refills on beverages. I would visit again for sure. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.”

“We went there for the Friday seafood buffet and were not disappointed ! The fish, shrimp and wings were delicious and the ribs were falling off the bone. Although a young man, the chef takes pride in his work. It'sa small restaurant with ftiendly staff and cozy atmosphere.”

“They have great food, pie, and service. I have never had anything I didn't like. My kids love their Mac and cheese with blueberry Apple sauce. ABC Crumb (apple, blueberry, cherry) pie is my favorite pie, but there are no bad ones.”

“Wheat, when it dies and goes to heaven, resurrects here amongst the white-clad baker-priests. In as many forms as there are people to eat it. I'm not a church goer or a bread eater, but when I AM...You will find me here, sniffing the delicious air and mourning the fact that I can only eat one breakfast a day. Two, max.”

“I always love this location. It's not the fanciest or biggest. It is in Traverse City but not the original location. This location just always has good energy. It's located in a strip mall, just outside the core of downtown. You order your food or pie and pay there. Then when it's ready they call your name to come get it. I ordered the Cherrywood BLT sandwich and a pumpkin muffin. Both were very good and very fresh. Their was plenty of well cooked bacon on my BLT. The person I was with had the breakfast sandwich and also thought it was very good. The service was excellent and very efficient while being very friendly. Overall a 5 star review. Would I return? Yes I will.”

“Nice spot to stop for breakfast, pretty normal diner menu. Service was pretty good, food was tasty. I had the pineapple upside down pancakes and my husband had the Denver omelette. The first cup of coffee was delicious but the refill had a weird metallic taste to it, not sure what that was about ????♀️”

“We’ve driven by this so often and finally stopped, it will become a regular stop now! Everything was delicious, and i loved the plant-based emphasis. We tried the scones and the lemon donut, very good! And the coffee was good and fresh.”

“I love Panera and I love this location. Today they were super fast and I even had a girl offer to bring my food to my car since I had a toddler in hand. I always see that customer service. I've also done the drive thru, which was also great. Delicious, clean, food that's not overpriced, you can't go wrong, but writing this I want to go back just for that pear hibiscus fresca. ????”

“I haven't been to a DD for years. If you are on keto diet, they have the ability to substitute your latte milk to cream. With SF flavoring, it's perfect. Glad I went back.”

“Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Better than fast food and worth the extra few dollars. They take on average 5 minutes to finish an order so it's perfect for a lunch break or getting some coffee before work. They serve bagels, cream cheese, muffins, specialty coffee, lunch and breakfast sandwiches. Check it out at least once if you're working in the area.”
