“Very good 7-11. As with every place, many things could be improved. Ownership owns up to issues and will make sure customer requests are met. I shop at this location 2-4 times per week for items ranging from advil to slurpees to six-packs of regional craft beer. This 7-11 has local ownership but still goes with national 7-11 sales. Two Troy 7-11's do not do this. OK,,,, just read other reviews,,, the owners possible children are not employed here. The owner may, or may not, have children, but none of them work there; I have directly asked the listed owner in casual conversation. I have never had a problem when purchasing a tobacco product.The staff, even when new, has always been respectful when I have made any type of purchase.”

The lady that was working there today was very helpful, polite, and she even told me about the deal on the on the cupcakes. I️ didn’t know the more cupcakes you buy the cheaper the cupcakes are. “Definitely one of the best locations I’ve been too. I go to this one at least twice a week and have ordered a variety of drinks every time, and they’ve been correct each time. Make sure they repeat your order back to you, with the masks it can muffle your voice so they may hear something else than what you ordered (this is everywhere though). For a brand new location I have no complaints. The staff is always friendly and outgoing as well! 10/10 for this one. But they should turn the fireplace on even though people can’t sit inside, it just makes the atmosphere that much better ?”
