“Great place to hang out if you love dogs. They have an indoor and an outdoor play area for the dogs. You can grab a drink and get some bar snacks while your furry friend plays with his/her new found friends. Plenty of seating outdoors and a decent number of tables around which you can stand indoors as well. Amazing concept, friendly staff and well-maintained place.”

“We celebrated Mother's Day 2021 here. The restaurant was clearly severely understaffed - the person who cleaned our table had one arm in a sling, ouch! - but the staff did their absolute best to keep things moving and the food was great. I look forward to coming here again.”

“So nice to have an excellent small business restaurant right across the street practically! Nice employees and the chicken burrito was FIRE!! And HUGE! It was just as good if not even better than the big chain places. Definitely will recommend to others and hope you will also, as small businesses can live and die just by word of mouth since most cannot afford to advertise much.”

“I’ve lived in the cities for over 5 years now and this was my first time going to Manny’s Tortas after everything i’d heard. It definitely did not disappoint - quite honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. I had the manny’s special; the meat was juicy, the cheese melted, and it was overall perfectly sauced. I know a lot of people have said it’s overpriced, but I disagree. I think the ingredients are quality and it filled me up, I don’t mind spending 15$ for a good sandwich. My friends got the 3 little pigs and the pastor and both agreed they would have it again. Overall a great meal and I’ll be back!”

“Usually always great food and service. But for some reason they did not deliver today. Asked for extra crispy bacon and got soggy bacon and soggy toast. Asked for extra ketchup and tobasco and was handed 2 packets of tobasco and 2 of ketchup. The service and the food was off today. Not what I was hoping for.”

“Just ordered for the first time and we are VERY impressed. Kung Pao Ribbies were super flavorful and delicious. Salt and Vinegar Ribbies with Jalepeño Ranch, also awesome. The potato stacks are decadent (duck fat confit, how can you go wrong?) Ordered the Cran-Apple Pie and Pecan Pie. Could have eaten multiples of those, LOL. We also appreciated the reheat instructions included with our order. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.”

“Wow. A wonderful find in Minneapolis. My husband is Venezuelan and I've grown to love the cuisine. The only restaurant in the metro area with authentic ingredients. I highly recommend a visit.”

“Midtown global market is so fun to walk around, eat and listen to live music and dancing! It’s a good representation of cultures around the twin cities. The only thing that would push my review to five stars is a representation of afghani pizza! I wish football pizza from northeast Minneapolis could get a spot here! It’s the best pizza in the twin cities and the spices they use make it something special for anyone to try. We love the market!”

“Took a chance on this amid all of the market options and was not disappointed in the least. Had the chicken tagine and everything about it was superb. It was fall-off-the-bone tender and along with the sides, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went together. It was a huge portion to boot, but I didn't let anything go to waste. The owner was very kind and helpful and I was glad I made the choice to stop and try something new.”

“Stopped for a quick bite. Had the aloha poke bowl, flavor wise was good, unfortunately it was hard to eat & couldn’t finish it as the rice was either burnt or fully cooked. Partner had the feta salad and loved it! Great overall experience and everyone was very friendly! Edit - just want to say going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience will keep me coming back to this place! 🔥🥗”

“I love this place and come here almost everyday for a specific item on the menu. For the most part the cashier I usually get is always friendly and nice. This last time I went, there was a younger cashier who was texting while I stood at the counter to order my food. She didn't even greet me. When I order what I ordered, she seemed to have an attitude about it but I let it go. When I got my order, it was not right and it was cold and nasty. I brought it back and politely told her this isn't the correct thing, she argued that it was and I come to this place almost everyday for the same thing. She offered me a refund with an attitude instead of correcting my order. I always come with a positive attitude and I respect and treat people how I would like to be treated no matter their race or background.”

“One of my favorite spots in Minneapolis. Jeff, the owner, is wonderful and just a great person to talk to. The cider and wines are excellent. Usually - the ingredients always perk my interest as well (a carrot-based wine?!) and they always taste great. A few personal favorites: black currant cider, semi-sweet cider, and the butter beer (non-alcoholic). One of my favorite memories is going there around Halloween when they had the place decked out in Harry Potter decorations (my wife interrupted me here to tell me this is called “Three Broomsticks week”). The atmosphere was so fun and cozy and, honestly, there’s hardly any better place to go in this city.”

“Their quesobirria tacos are out of this world. My only issue is the service is super slow. There’s no reason why an order would take 1/2 to get filled, even when not busy. Get a restaurant manager that can keep things moving at its proper speed, that knows how to run the kitchen, the check out, the maintenance etc and you will be very successful.”

“Such an amazing place. The food, the atmosphere, the amazingly friendly and very helpful staff, the outdoor experience all lend to a beautiful experience. It is a very classy but yet casual spot to dine, wine and hang out. The 90 minute experience is definitely worth it. Absolutely would go back to this any day.”
