“I love to stop here when I'm nearby. The bittersweet cookies are beyond delicious. Their coffee drinks have a more mild flavor, but the ingredients are high quality. The store has lots of tables and seating, though it's tight for standing space if you're opting for to-go. The staff are kind and quick.”

“It’s drive-thru only, you can’t order/go sit inside. They don’t give sleeves for hot drinks unless you ask. Otherwise, pretty good as far as Starbucks goes.”

“Obsessed with this hidden gem! The variety of treats and chocolate is amazing and reasonably priced. The key lime was so tart. German chocolate cake was almost like a brownie texture which I liked. They have a cute little patio area to sit and hangout by the sidewalk/street. We can’t wait to come and get dips and desserts for our future gatherings.”

“Nate is the coolest person ever! Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Try their strawberry flavor drinks it's pretty darn good or their weekly specials. Definitely a gem spot and so glad to come here when I'm in Minneapolis. Super healthy and quick! Love seeing this in the community!”

“Great little eclectic restaurant with fantastic service, food and ambiance. I would definitely recommend. The staff is amazing. From the cashier to the chefs making the food. Everyone is so friendly. The variety of coffee drinks is great. You will find things you won't find anywhere else.”

“A lovely cafe opposite across the street from Our Kitchen for those who don't want to deal with their obscene wait times. They'll seat you with a menu, then you have to order at the register. Very cool vibe with artwork all around. Although it can get pretty busy, it doesn't get super loud. Some indoor and uncovered outdoor seating. Drinks were amazing, loved our hot cocoa and lattes. The lunch sandwiches we had were so good. I highly recommend the hot honey chicken sandwich. Chips for sides were fine for filling up. Chocolate cheese cake was one of the better ones I've had in town. Friendly staff that had a good feel for when we had questions and when to leave people be. Absolutely worth buying more than just food, just note that the price adds up rather quickly. Free wifi.”

“Great place to hang out and get work done. Relaxing atmosphere; not overly noisy. Background music is nice and not too loud or distracting. I was surprised by how reasonable their prices are compared to some other coffee shops I frequent. I'll probably start coming here more often! My iced coffee was solid, as was my nutella, banana, and almond sandwich - very unique! Friendly staff. There are two gender-neutral bathrooms here, and an ample parking lot next to the building. Overall, a nice local coffee shop!”

“Wow, I think I finally found what I’ve been searching for all my life in the Twin Cities. What? What? A rich and delicious chocolate cake. Seriously, I’ve been everywhere locally and no chocolate cake has won me over… until now. It’s moist, rich, and very chocolaty like how I like it. I have tried some of their other sweets too and have loved them all. This might be my new favorite bakery.”

“This is an Ethiopian restaurant. There isn’t much English spoken here and there is no menu, but the staff and patrons are friendly. If you’re an adventurous eater, you might like it. The soup was delicious and the salad was fresh. I’m actually not sure what kind of meat was in my main dish. It was pretty good but a few of the bites were a little gamey tasting. The seasoning in the rice was good, and you get a generous portion, so you won’t leave hungry. The waiter rang me up for $17 which seemed a little high, but he hit “skip” on the tip screen, so I guess it was a fair price if you consider that the tip is “included”. If I go back I think I’ll just get two or three bowls of soup! 🥣 Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars.”

“Literally my new fave place. They offer great options including charcuterie. Vegetarian and vegan charcuterie! Mac and cheese is amazing as well as the rotating desserts! We will be going back a lot. Staff was super helpful and excited for us to try dishes. The market was very cute and had great stuff.”

“Tucked away and a bit off the beaten path, I have found this location to provide excellent customer service and quality food. The staff is friendly and responsive (even when they're busy). The food is prepared fresh and it tastes like it! Solid beverage selection and adequate, if somewhat limited seating. I've been visiting here pretty frequently for the last year. The food and service are both still excellent, as are the selections. The restaurant itself is always very clean. It's definitely one of the most consistent places I have eaten at.”

“I was not prepared for the fact that this “cafe” is in a public health hospital. The tables and chairs all looked incredibly uncomfortable like they don’t want people to sit in them (and hardly anyone was). The ladies restroom was closed, so I had to go all the way to the sixth floor for another restroom. Which wouldn’t be so bad but the elevators reeked really bad of smoke. People were also smoking right outside the front doors. I did not eat the food, but I rated both the food and service highly because it’s not the employee’s fault that this place smells gross, etc.”

“This place was crazy. Amazing place and pretty smart to have soccer and coffee. I went there and was the only one with friends. We were able to play without paying. Only have to pay if your doing pickup games, you can come and reserve or play free with friends without reservations.”

“UniUni Tea is located within the Legendary Spice restaurant. They offer various milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies. I like the serving size because it’s sold for a good price. It’s also delicious and a good treat so go and treat yourself.”

“Genuinely writing this out of frustration, The last 3 days I've gone here and ordered a very simple Venti Shaken Expresso W/Sweet Cream. I've gotten a plain Venti Shaken Expresso, A Venti Shaken Expresso W/ Foam, Then today a Venti Shaken Expresso W/ a splash of sweet cream. The customer service is not the issue I genuinely just want my drink made properly, PLEASE THIS IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY DAY :/”

“I don't really understand why this gas station has such bad reviews. Yes it's in a rougher part of town, but the store was recently remodeled and it looks great. The interior of the store is clean and well-stocked. I have clients in this area, so I often stop here to use the bathroom - it's really hard to find public bathrooms in this neighborhood, so I appreciate that they keep their bathrooms clean and well-stocked, and I don't need to ask for a key. The lock on one of the stalls in the women's room needs to be fixed, though. Also, note that this location closes at 10 pm. I also frequently grab a quick lunch, snack, or drink here. They have a good selection, including plenty of both hot and cold sandwiches. Of course it's a pain that their pumps are prepay only (or pay at the pump too I think) , but again, it's not in the greatest area, so that's to be expected. I generally don't gas up here, but I did the other day and didn't have any problems. There was a bit of a line at the register, but it moved quickly. Overall, this is a good convenience store considering where it is. Way better than some janky Speedway, for example - Speedway is the worst! I also appreciate that they maintained some of this store's funky retro architecture when they remodeled :)”

“This place is pretty standard as far as Starbucks locations go. The staff were generally friendly and the wait wasn't bad but there seemed to be some things coming out in a strange order. I don't work there so what do I know?”

“We celebrated Mother's Day 2021 here. The restaurant was clearly severely understaffed - the person who cleaned our table had one arm in a sling, ouch! - but the staff did their absolute best to keep things moving and the food was great. I look forward to coming here again.”

“One of my favorite spots in Minneapolis. Jeff, the owner, is wonderful and just a great person to talk to. The cider and wines are excellent. Usually - the ingredients always perk my interest as well (a carrot-based wine?!) and they always taste great. A few personal favorites: black currant cider, semi-sweet cider, and the butter beer (non-alcoholic). One of my favorite memories is going there around Halloween when they had the place decked out in Harry Potter decorations (my wife interrupted me here to tell me this is called “Three Broomsticks week”). The atmosphere was so fun and cozy and, honestly, there’s hardly any better place to go in this city.”

“It is too convenient I swear. It is right next to Kowalskis making it so easy to grab groceries and a coffee. Everyone working is very nice and helpful. Even with a line things keep moving fairly quickly. It is so easy to order for pickup through the app and it is ready when you get there. They also have indoor as well as outdoor seating. There is parking on the street and is you are buying groceries at Kowalskis you can park in that lot as well.”

“I stopped here after having a treacherous morning and I was greeted by friendly staff all around. Vintage like furniture and bar stool seating made this Starbucks cute. Stairs walking up to the the main entrance but the parking lot has wheel chair accessible entrance as well.”

“I don't know why, but this place has character. Most people were either doing work, studying, or having a conversation with a friend. It's a good spot for any of those activities mentioned above, but the vibe here is so chill, I just had to say something. :)”
