“The crew this morning were kind and great people! I got a campfire mocha from another caribou on my way to work and a little way into my drive I took a drink and it was not what I ordered (I ended up with a mint mocha) so I stopped here and asked if they could get me the correct drink and they had no problem correcting the order, even though it wasn't their mistake. This may become my new go to Caribou on the way to work.”

“I go often, and have a pretty good feel for this location. Its nice with a more neighborhood feel to it. Reading through the reviews on here, good and bad, I will have to agree with some of the negatives. The staff sometimes seems to have an edge all while I am trying to combat it by being completely nice. My reason today was to question why someone was charged for two waters out of the fountain in plastic cups. $1.80 for two waters. I would understand if it were bottled water, but out of the fountain machine seems kind of out of line. I will still rate highly because I want this location to succeed.”
