Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse

Excellent food and great service. The cocktail menu is creative, the steaks are amazing, as are the sides. I had the lobster corn chowder, a medium rare cowboy Ribeye, with a "single" loaded mashed potatoes and the bourbon barrel old fashioned. The steak was cooked perfectly, the corn chowder was possibly the best soup I've ever eaten, and the loaded mashed potatoes were excellent. I used quotes for single because this could have easily served 2, maybe 3 people. I really like the old fashioned as well, so much so that I had a couple. I also tasted the calamari, which was very fresh and not at all chewy as some calamari has been from other places. The oysters Rockefeller was tasty as well. Overall, excellent meal. Bring your appetite, and your checkbook(not sure if they take checks. But you get it), as it's on the pricier side, but in my opinion worth every penny.

I had an amazing time here. The occasion was my birthday and this establishment really know how to make you feel special. Joshua's talent behind the bar as well as his sweet and sexy singing voice just made my day. Thank you Pittsburg blue for a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed our experience tonight. I highly recommend the crab stuffed Jumbo shrimp. Our server was Leia and she was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back again.

Their fare is really expensive, but it is unbelievable. The ribeye was the best I ever tasted. My cedar plank salmon was also the best I ever tasted. Noella was fantastic as she saw to it our anniversary was celebrated in style. The free lava cake topped a spectacular dining experience. We may not go back often, but you can bet we will be back again.

Really great spot, awesome service and great sides. My steak needed to be sent back twice, which I feel really guilty about doing, but when you are spending $50 plus for a steak without sides you need to get it done the way you want.

All and all I would go back, but not until they get their kitchen staff to the same quality as their front the the house.
