Indian Kitchen Restaurant

Nothing in particular wrong or bad about the place, the chicken in the Tikka masala was weird, and the sauce in that and our other dish doesn't have much flavor... Just wouldn't put it at 4/5 stars.

When looking online, thought this was Indian garden, a few blocks north... Didn't want to cancel the order and it's always worth trying somewhere new.

Tried multiple menu items, all of which were good, but the lamb dum pakht really stood out! It had a great mix of rich, savory flavors and tasty pastry crust. Also had a tasty lamb biryani and nice chicken palak. Very pleased they had vegetable pakora on the menu, as well! Also glad to see mint chutney served with the appetizers.

Finally authentic Indian Food within walking distance of Mayo clinic. This restaurant has a local low key vibe, you can tell this is were locals would enjoy their meals. The services was great and the food was really delicious!!! I love to find Indian food that is not too salty! Neither greasy! The flavors are in perfect balance. We had the lunch buffet option and that was amazing. We will go back for sure this same week. We have been coming to Mayo clinic for years and I have tried everything around and I have to say this is finally a place I can have my lunch every day. Highly recommend for vegetarians as we are.
