Absolutely fantastic food - something for everyone! We loved everything we ordered. Both salads were well done and great starters. I had the mushrooms and my partner had the sampler platter and both were incredible. I think the mushrooms were the best dish of the meal. We went during soft open so only NA drinks. This will fill up fast once they officially open.

Best food in Minnesota? Yes, I think so!

We bumped into this place while traveling. Amazing flavors, super inventive food, great ambiance. We can’t think of a better meal we have had in Minnesota.

The flatbread is the star for me. It’s more flavorful and interesting than you can imagine. But get all of their special drinks too!

What a true gem! My boyfriend and I love to try new foods and we especially enjoy farm to table restaurants. The Rök does NOT disappoint! We were the only ones there at the time so we felt like VIP guests. They are still in their soft opening but I can tell you this place will be the place to go. The food was love on a plate. Kudos to the chef! Our server was top notch amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu! We will definitely be back!

Giving them a 4, as the experience isn't finished yet. Limited menu, and no alcohol yet.

Having said that, I had the mushroom appetizer and it was sensational five star for sure. Along with that I had the pork belly.. just as good if not better than the mushrooms.

Staff was friendly, professional and courteous..

Once they finish and do their grand opening, I'm sure I'll be upgrading to 5..

A group of us ordered a variety of items from here last night after seeing this place on a list of best new restaurants in Saint Paul. I’d say we sampled about half the menu! We did carry-out and everything traveled well which is rarely the case.. crispy items were still crispy etc. Literally *everything* was delicious and I’m kind of hard to please. The texture on the pork belly was amazing, beet salad was probably my favorite but the katsu sandwich was insane as well. Easily the best restaurant we’ve tried since moving here from LA! Cheers :)
