“We went here for lunch and decided to get the "All In platter" to split between 3 guys, we had food left at the end, enough for another meal. The food was good southern style food. I enjoyed everything that I ate. The corn on the cob needed some help, but it's pretty hard to mess that one up. I suspect it was microwaved. Meat was well smoked and sauces were delicious. My favorite and chef recommended was the "sweet and sassy." I would not hesitate to stop in again, they had some really mouth watering sandwiches pictured on the website that I must get back to try!”

“This place is just wonderful! And real Jamaicans are cooking the food. Sundays they have brown stew chicken that you absolutely must have. But if you go in any other day everything else is just as excellent. I have to go back again to have a red snapper, but the oxtail the jerk chicken the curry goat the curry chicken all of these are so wonderful with flavor and not just topical seasoning. Hope you enjoy it was much as I do. Post some pics of what you had!”

“Very good seafood boil. It's not like Louisiana style, where it's super thick cajuny sauce but more like a Chinese buffet style. But head on shrimp, crawfish, mussels and snow crab legs are good quality. I will be going here a lot often.”

“My family we ordered Seafood platter #5 and it taste so good! I ate so much I felt like puking and had a food coma haha. It came in two big aluminum trays. The guy was also nice enough to give us free rice! We ordered online and when we got there we just had to wait a few more minutes. It was hot and fresh!”

“We have been here several times and have always been impressed with the quality of the food and service. We have always been warmly welcomed and we know they appreciate their customers. It's fun to see the original African artwork on the walls, really adds to the atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!”

“Outstanding Thai fare in a fresh and comfortable atmosphere with great service at even better prices. This was definitely one of the best Thai meals I've had in awhile. Everything about Coconut Thai on Grand was wonderful. The Thai egg rolls were hot, crisp and flavorful. The green curry was spicy and velvety. The real star of the show was the pineapple fried rice - sweet, savory and spicy with a lovely presentation. Service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance is modern and clean. Prices were shockingly reasonable for the quality of food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

“Food is delicious and hot! I’m addicted to the asada burrito. The kids meal hamburger comes with EVERYTHING on it which I find kind of odd, but oh well. The parking isn’t very convenient and the dining area is quite small. But it’s a loss I’m willing to take for the amazing food.”

“This place serves MASSIVE portions. When I first ordered I was wondering why I was spending so much money but then the food started coming out. I mean I wanted to taste all the dishes they had. So just keep that in mind when ordering. We ordered lemonade, the Korean Shirt ribs, the teriyaki salmon dish, the head on shrimp black mussel and scallop boil. All of the seafood was cooked well besides the head on shrimp, however they replaced it with tail on shrimp which was cooked well. The flavors of this place were delicious. My brother in law who doesn't particularly eat seafood, demolished the seafood here. To my taste I prefer the Vietnamese seafood boils the most but this spice was a familiar spice for me and it was enjoyable. The salmon dish was interesting. When you first receive the dish you see it is smothered in sauce. However when you rip into the dish and eat it you can definitely tell the salmon is a bit overcooked. The balance between the cook and the amount of sauce worked surprisingly well. Then the Korean Short Ribs were much more savory than what I deem normal for Korean Short Ribs. The usual marinade I am used to is a bit sweeter. The cook was not that great as well. The meat was stuck to the bone and soft. This is probably because it was cooked on a flat top or a pan where the juices soak into the meat making it soft. It must have also been over cooked because the meat stuck to the bone really tightly not allowing me to enjoy the tendons. Lastly what I think was the best part of eating outside on a hot day, the lemonade. I ordered the mango and peach lemonade and my brother in law had the Lime-ade. These lemonade did not taste very artificial and they weren't too sweet as well. One gripe is that they put this huge ice block in the cup that blocks the straw,, however I prefer this ice block to the standard ice method. I was trying to figure out a way to fix this problem but eventually just finished my lemonade and left. Overall I definitely enjoyed this place and it's atmosphere. Maybe some live performances or music could liven up the dining area. One more thing is that they have very poor sign placement, so the only way we knew this place was here is because we drove back and forth on Selby over the course of the day and decided to stop by.. I would move their sign from behind the tree. There is more food to try and I will be back for lunch this time!”

“This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in the St. Paul area. They have a very clean and spacious store. And the staff is AWESOME. I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong Starbucks and a member of the staff came over to me and asked what drink it was. He then made it for me on the house with an extra shot of espresso to help me through the day! Awesome experience every time I'm here.”

“The cheese steaks here are amazing. They are honestly almost as good as she of the breast spots in Philly. The pizzas are also to notch and the perfect size. By perfect size I mean it's enough to fill you up when is you feel starved, but at the same time you'll usually have 1-2 slices on a normal day. I have never received a pizza that was overcooked, or undercooked, and the flavor is out of this world. Customer service is always excellent and friendly no matter how busy they are. When ordering pick-up the food is always ready in time and usually just a minute or so early giving it just enough time to cool before get home while still being hot.”

“I really, really enjoyed the food! I got the coop strips with fries and slaw. We got take out and it travels really well. Definitely the best chicken strips I have ever tried and they are spiced so flavorfully. If you want a bit of spice but not too much, don't go higher than the coop level, but I do think they do a great job of offering everything from no to mild to HOT spice !!! The sauce is fantastic, the fries are good, and the slaw is the best I have ever had as well. Amazing local chicken joint 😍😍😍”

“Estelle was absolutely amazing, beyond what we could have expected, an excellent place to celebrate my partners birthday. The atmosphere was spot on; the wide windows, kind waitstaff, and easy entertainment watching the kitchen work their magic. My partner and I kept describing every dish as “tastes like a memory”. The flavors are all familiar and make you feel cozy but in a highly elevated and eye catching way. I can’t recommend it enough.”

“Good old fashion diner food. Been going here for years now and their food is still good cheap eats. I would recommend the Good Earth or the Sputnik (there version of a big mac). The main line cooks at the place are good, and are almost always there it seems. If your food isn't cooked great it means you probably got one of the coverage cooks. They have great blueberry muffins and their baklava is decent.”

“We went on a Saturday night and were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The server gave us the full menu and very pleasant. We ordered and were given a number and had a seat at the bar. The food was excellent and we loved the bar top. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great thin crust pizza in a relaxed atmosphere. We will be back!”

“Good place to grab food before a hockey game. They have room and can handle crowds. You can order food and drinks from New Bohemia or walk through to the truck park and grab food from various food “trucks”. We ordered lamb brat with cucumber sauce and the gluten free apple brat. Both were good and they have gluten free buns on request. Nice touch. The floor is smooth concrete, probably easy to clean up, but extremely slick when wet. We came in off of a snowy sidewalk and it was a bit treacherous walking to the table. I heard many comments on how slick the floor was......and no, I didn’t have any alcohol, LOL. My husband had a beer and said they have a decent tap selection.”

“Good stop before the game. Had the crabbiest bartender in the last few years. She could not handle the stress of a busy room. Told her 3 times what I wanted and I got the wrong drink. No big deal. I told her and she said that is what I ordered and was mad. Dumped it out right after in front of me in an angry manner. Not the norm when I stop there.”
