“Sammy's pizza is delicious at basically all of its locations and the Hermantown one is no different. The restaurant is roomy and nice inside. The staff is kind and all the ball. Most importantly it's the delicious Sammy's pizza that is so popular throughout the Northland. They have plenty of other things on the menu but it's hard for me to order anything but their delicious pizza. A little expensive, but well worth it.”

They also have some pretty unique choices of pizza you can have, like one with tater tots on it (it's really good actually!) For the home delivery market, they offer the best tasting pizzas at the greatest prices and with their newish Mix & Match deal of $5.99 for any two or more items you can't go wrong. In the last year I've ordered several times from about 5 locations and this location is always quick, with my previous order arriving within about 20 minutes of placing it. I had run into an issue with the location regularly forgetting hot sauce; however, adding a note about it in the delivery instructions has fixed that on 100% of my orders since then and I'm more than happy with my orders. Quick service, tastes great, and friendly drivers.”

The place is nothing fancy which is fine by me BUT it was smoky (not cigarette smoke) the ventilation is old and not good. My 7 year old and I had some difficulty breathing. Other than that, the pizza is good. Thin crust, not doused with marinara sauce but just right.”

“Had Lee’s Pizza for the first time tonight, and it was delicious! The pizza, wings, and cheese bread were all reasonably priced and good quality food. After a mishap with the delivery (that was the fault of a GPS) the owner offered to remake my entire order and then she personally delivered it to my house. On top of that, she gave me a very generous discount and threw in free desserts. By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered!”

In/adjacent to the restaurant is a small bar with an excellent array of craft beers, a good selection of wines, and bartenders who know the difference between old-fashions and Manhattans. But it all comes back to the pizzas and their craftsmen/women's attention to their finished product. And to be clear, I've had excellent pizzas in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver, and Pizza Luce's in Duluth, Minnesota can hold its own with any of these big city offerings!”

“This is one of my favorite places in Canal Park, Duluth. It's a hip atmosphere, got a ton of craft beers, and oh yeah, the pizzas. They are Neapolitan style pizzas, you can have one to yourself, or about one less pizza than there are people (i.e. two pizzas for three people). For those with smaller appetites, two can share a pizza. I remember the Triple P being good, but there are options for just about any taste. The place is a little small, but will fit parties of 6-8 just fine if it's not too busy.”
