“Sammy's pizza is delicious at basically all of its locations and the Hermantown one is no different. The restaurant is roomy and nice inside. The staff is kind and all the ball. Most importantly it's the delicious Sammy's pizza that is so popular throughout the Northland. They have plenty of other things on the menu but it's hard for me to order anything but their delicious pizza. A little expensive, but well worth it.”

“We sat down and it took a long time for the server to come up to take our orders. Then he was fast with getting orders with the food. Then the food took very long which is understandable. But it shouldn't take that long. Then basically after we got our food, we didn't see our server at all. Then we got our bill and just basically sat there waiting for him to come back. We even asked each other if the server forgot where we were. The food was good and the server was good, too. Just the time it took for everything was very annoying.”

“Pretty good pizza for fast food, and the blue haired girl was lovely, but there was a rude employee with a beard. The girl with the blue hair was busy boxing up orders and the bearded guy came around the corner, saw me standing there, and made a fast u-turn. He then went and stood behind the girl boxing up pizzas until she was done and then informed her that someone was at the counter while he continued to stand around. Bad customer service and teamwork.”

So when I went to get a sandwich today they told me the voucher was for a regular not a bigger one that was my last order. “As we were seated at our both, I told the hostess what beverage I would like and was told that they would tell my server, then when our server came it turned everything around. Phil was above and beyond my expectations when it comes to service. He not only was pleasant to talk with, his customer service was top notch. For the home delivery market, they offer the best tasting pizzas at the greatest prices and with their newish Mix & Match deal of $5.99 for any two or more items you can't go wrong. In the last year I've ordered several times from about 5 locations and this location is always quick, with my previous order arriving within about 20 minutes of placing it. I had run into an issue with the location regularly forgetting hot sauce; however, adding a note about it in the delivery instructions has fixed that on 100% of my orders since then and I'm more than happy with my orders. The place is nothing fancy which is fine by me BUT it was smoky (not cigarette smoke) the ventilation is old and not good. My 7 year old and I had some difficulty breathing. Other than that, the pizza is good. Thin crust, not doused with marinara sauce but just right.”
