“First time eating here and we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent onion rings. My wife had the walnut burger and couldn't put it down. Root beer floats come in frosted mugs. I haven't seen that for a while. And to top it off... They bring the food to your car. The place is small so I can only imagine the wait on a busy night. Our waitress was a sweetheart and was very helpful. Remember to take cash because you can't tip on a credit card. Take care of your wait staff. We will go back again.”

“The staff was very friendly but our server was inexperienced and did not know the menu very well. I ordered the captain's feast basket which has fish, shrimp and suppose to be hush puppies, instead they gave me french fries, and when I questioned the waitress about the hush puppies she told me it was fries or hush puppies and never asked me what I wanted. The good thing was the fries were excellent. The cooks could use some help the wings, the fried pickles and the chicken tenders were all over cooked and we ordered a double cheeseburger plain and it even came without the cheese. More training is needed all around.”

“I am only in town for one week 2 to 3 times a year for work. Perkins is my go to and they never let me down. The food is great and inexpensive the employees are respectful and polite and the service is good. The food takes a bit to get to me because they are busy and short handed but they communicate that with me so it's all good. If you haven't tried their food I eat the breakfast burger with fries or the Triple dare ya breakfast! Good food Good price.”

“Love the breakfast here good atmosphere to meet up with friends or see someone you know out of the blue. Good drinks, amazing food, and wonderful service. Very inviting and always packed full of people but still has a very short wait time to be served. The owner is super friendly and all around the establishment is very clean and modern. Great place to watch sports and have a beer with a friend. However gambling here is a joke I can't believe how much money I lost while playing the election gambling machines. Please fix this.”

“I went to the Grill side, not the fancy upscale side. Walking in the doors, there was no hostess stand or person waiting to seat us. Seemed like we walked straight into the dining area and we weren't sure if we should seat ourselves or not, so we just kind of stood there for a bit wondering what to do. Hopefully the management addresses this. Apart from the initial impression, the food was good. Nothing outstanding though.”
