I had the 🥞 pancakes & 🥓 bacon & Mr Man had the grilled chicken 🐔 🥗 salad. Both were really good. I noticed lots of people were ordering the breakfast plates too, they looked 😋 yum worthy... “We had the pleasure of getting our lunch from The Lunch Box 601 on 08.18.2021. We had called our order in and it was ready when we arrived, which was a good start. When we got home and had our 1st look, it looked good, so we're headed down the right road. D had ordered a Philly Steak Sandwich which looked good, and smelled even better, with the taste being just as good as the smell, so it's a winner for sure. I had ordered the Street Tacos, and though they weren't what I had imagined they would be, they were good, though they looked more like a Taco Salad than actual Tacos. The Street Tacos were really a meal all on their own, and at $5, they were a GREAT deal. Now I am anxious to try something else from their menu. Last but not least, my hats off to the owners for their willingness to take on the challenge of getting a Food Trailer up and running during this Pandemic. So if you find yourself out in the Macedonia area of Forest County, or just want to enjoy a ride thru the Country while grabbing some good eats, then The Lunch Box 601 will be a great destination.”

“As far as the chicken and steak hibachi dinner, I had an all around great experience. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was so fresh and delicious. The fried rice was some of the best that I have had in a long time. It was hot, flavorful and not dry. In fact, I’m not sure if I was just really hungry, but I almost ran off the road while savoring the rice and chicken. So don’t eat this and drive. Another positive is that my 2 year old is tearing up the entire hibachi dinner, especially the vegetables, so there is that.”

“Then going to chili's or over 20 years in Colorado and here in Mississippi and of course like any restaurant when you go as often to one restaurant as I go to chili's you will see fluctuations and flexibility in the service and the food and I am more than happy to say that more often than not the food keeps me coming back and so does the service. Realistically? Sure sometimes your fries won't be completely perfect or there's too much of something or too little of something on your Burger or common human error from cook to cook like that has many variables because it's someone different and each person no matter what instructions they follow are going to have and show the differences between them and if you go to 1 restaurant long enough you can even guess who is cooking and that's not a bad thing. So I just didn't wanna be unrealistic in how my review would read so I'm trying to be honest and say that of course there are variables from day-to-day or night tonight but none of them have been unforgivable and none of them have been something that made me tip less or regret the ticket amount it's just that sometimes the food is even better than I expect that are hoped for and that's what keeps me coming back.”
