“First time to eat here for lunch on a perfect day. All the staff were super friendly and our server was so attentive and helpful. She was perfect in how she knew when to stop by and check on us and how to make sure everything was exactly to our satisfaction. My wife and I had the crab stuffed mushrooms with Cajun sauce as an appetizer and broiled flounder as the entree'. I have never had such an awesome appetizer as the stuffed mushrooms; I could have eaten just that for lunch! The flounder was fresh, as though it was caught that morning and the seasoning and broiling was something, that no one can compete with. For one of my side dishes to go with the baked potato, I had a cup of Gumbo. Our server said it was the closest she has ever had to her grandmothers and believe me, it tasted like some grandmother had made it with love! It was in such a light red roux and seasoned just right with enough spicy-heat that I have to put it in competition with any of the gumbos that I've had in New Orleans. My wife had a frozen strawberry Margarita, which was one of the best we have ever tried. It was sweet from sweet strawberries and had no artificial flavor. They blended it perfectly with super fine beads of ice and I had a perfect Old Fashioned mixed precisely. I think five stars is too few for this place!”

“Just thought I should share my togo experience. When I went to check out our new restaurant in town I decided I would get takeout like usual (as a trial run) then bring friends to dine in. The people were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Being that today was a busy day it actually took me way longer than usual to open up my package and warm it. Upon opening I noticed my extra side of green beans were missing so I decided to call the store (not to complain, just to confirm whether I had even requested or much less paid for them and it appeared I had) the person on the store actually offered to have them brought to me immediately. This person had no idea how far/close I was from the location yet insisted to deliver them. Thankfully, my street is barely 5 minutes away and my green beans arrived promptly. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS 100% BEST. EVERYONE needs to check this restaurant out. My food was wonderful and I am looking forward to trying other items on their menu. Lastly, when the missed item was delivered the individual refused another tip stating it was their error ...definitely not something you see anymore. A restaurant that makes an incidental error and goes to what I feel to be over and above to correct it. They have a customer for life when it comes to me and my family. Here's to hoping my experience will make some new customers as well...they are 5/5!!!!”

“We were excited to try Rosie’s as it was recommended to us. Upon arrival, the smell of smoke greeted us but we decided to give it a chance. The restaurant was dim and did not Provide much lighting and it shares a building with a bar containing plenty of smokers at the time we went. We sat farthest from the bar To escape the best we could. We ordered chips and queso. The chips were very hard but not terrible. We requested fresh jalapeños but were given pickled and the queso was warm, not hot. I ordered one shredded chicken taco and a barbacao taco but the chicken was not ready so I changed my order to 2 barbacao tacos. The tacos were very delicious which is the only reason for the 3 stars.”

“Wow! This is a fabulous place that you have to add as a go to! The food was absolutely fantastic - we had the pulled pork quesadillas and glazed salmon w/ sweet potatoes. The beers were amazing, but they also had a full bar if you'd prefer. The ambiance is great inside and out! We'll definitely stop here again next time we come through this area! The ox tails are my favorite, but I went in one night, there was a wait so I asked to sample Curry & Jerk chicken..THEY WERE SO NICE AND GAVE ME A FULL SAMPLE, even offered me wine! They will forever have my business, the most amazing people with the best attitudes EVER! I could recommend this place 100,000,000 times!”
