Lots of different appetizers and a robot brings the food out. In Yu Yasha was playing on the main TVs to complete the atmosphere. It was excellent! “This was bomb dot com. And if you know, Lobster is king. I got 3 pce lobster + extra spicy lobster king sauce. It’s the only way to go. I also got 5 pce chicken strips and fries because I wanted to try their “land food”. Their chicken is different. It definitely has that taste of Asian seasoning. There is limited seating, so first come first serve. The staff is friendly. But they sound aggressive at times. Don’t worry about it. They mean no offense. Edit: round 2. This time I ordered 1/2 lb shrimp and combo fried rice. Still awesome. I eat for 2 people, realistically, you can spend a whole lot less than me.”

“Ordered my cheese steak sub through doordash first time customer. I have to say this was honestly the best cheesesteak sub I've had. I ordered the Chipotle cheese steak with mushrooms onions and peppers. This was such a good sub fully loaded very tasty kind of messy lots of napkins needed so be prepared. I will definitely order from them again when I'm hankering for a cheese steak sub. Good job!”

“It was nice to see tables be bussed quickly and cleaned well between customers. The level of cleanliness was above and beyond. The service was adequate, but our server had a little trouble understanding, so we went without a few things and made do with a couple of minor mistakes in our order. He was putting forth effort and was friendly, so that's worth mentioning. The food was as good as the other El Vercruz locations we have visited in and around Tupelo. The carnitas plate was a home run (the meat was meaty, not fatty), and the guacamole was fresh and light. The huevos rancheros was cooked perfectly, and the red sauce...I could eat that on just about anything. Don't be afraid to ask for the secret salsa picante, but be ready for the HEAT. It is absolutely delicious added to the chips and salsa, too.”

“Tonight was our first visit. We ordered online to go. We had the Medium Pepperoni magnifico & cheese bread. We arrived about 5 minutes early. Both were ready. They gave us a large even though the ticket said Medium. This pepperoni was cooked PERFECTLY! I love the old style pepperoni that curls up & gets crunchy. Looking forward to more delicious pizza when we're not in the mood to cook or too tired to cook. Price was great. We had a coupon for 25% off.”

“The donuts are wonderful! They have some creative and flavorful combinations. I really enjoyed their bacon donut. It was by far the best bacon donut I have ever had. The key lime filled donuts were truly filled. Don't leave Scarlet's without trying their tamales. They are especially good when you finish a bite of tamale with a donut hole. The true treasure, here though, is the owner, Scarlet, whose family has been making donuts for generations. She is delightful and full of genuine southern hospitality. We look forward to stopping by again.”

Why three stars anyway? The food was delicious. I don't know what kind of sauce 'David' asked for on his sandwich, but it was good. I would probably recommend going when its a bit slower at present rather than in the midst of a big rush, but the food is still worth trying.”
