“So I visited this location while visiting family in town but I was a little disappointed at how long it took for us to receive our order. From the time we got in the line to the time we received our order it was over 30 minutes. I only ordered three drinks and three breakfast sandwiches, with no modifications. A ordered that should of taken less than 5-10 minutes. The employees however were very pleasant and apologize for the wait when they brought the rest of my order out. The order was accurate and tasted great, I just would really want them to work on the speed of service.”

“The milk tea was very good, not too sweet even with 100 sugar level. I got the taro milk tea with black boba and my girlfriend got the popcorn chicken combo to share. The chicken was so good and the Cajun fries were nice as well. Definitely visit if you can.”

“My order was 35 minutes late and my pizza was cold. I’m not complaining about the quality of food but when you’re weary from traveling, a hot meal is preferable. No complaints about the delivery person either, she was very pleasant. I give them somewhat of a pass since we are in a pandemic but maybe in the future, they could try to make sure they send the food hot.”

“Dakota, our waitress, was great. Even though it's was super busy she got our orders efficiently and the kitchen must have been working hard because before you knew it the food was at the table. Hot, plentiful and delicious. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that hosts as well, they kept us updated on the flow and made sure we were comfortable.”

“11/9/20 Update - The last several visits were quick and the staff was friendly. Greatly improved from last year. 7/12/19 Update - Still slow. Drive through was backed up and not moving. Inside wasn't better. Awful store. 6/6/19 Update - They were starting to get better but now they're slow as molasses and are frequently out of certain products. I will try them again in a few months . 10/8/18 Update: I rarely post a one star review. This has the distinction of being the worst Starbucks I've patronized.Corporate needs to intervene ASAP. Employees seem to turn over at a dizzying rate, creating a customer service issue. Online ordering is the only way to get service in a reasonable timeframe. No guarantees on accuracy, but any other method is usually frustrating and slow. On one occasion, they literally ignored everyone in the drive-through because of a happy hour special. At the time, it was understaffed with only two very slow baristas and one manager. On the positive side, it's a convenient location.”
