Starbucks

Someone(s) please start working here. The frequency in which they have their order ahead option cancelled, and their lobby closed (I'm assuming due to Labor shortage) is ridiculous. You're then forced to wait 25 minutes in the drive through, or skip getting your coffee because you're on your way to work. The inconsistency of the drinks are also fairly bad. I can order the same exact drink five days in a row, and on three of those days it can be made properly, and the other two just seem like it's however the barista felt like making it at the time. This has the potential to be a great store with the location and new building, but staffing has to be addressed before this can be accomplished.

This location is fairly new. It is a beautiful building inside and out. I like the tiny touches like the hooks on the tables to hang your bags. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. One issue is that when the drive-thru gets really backed up, it blocks the whole parking lot for those of us that want to run inside to pick up a mobile order. But overall, this is my favorite Starbucks in Columbia.

Love the long, cushioned bench in the center of the store. Very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff happy to answer questions and explain drinks.

The lemon cake was excellent & the staff friendly. Not many cold drink selections that aren't glorified iced tea. I chose the green tea as the only available option for me & I should have just ordered water.
