“I had been to First Watch many years ago, and although I’m sure I had enjoyed it, I did not remember it as being particularly special. But I will say that on my recent visits, it is much more upscale and trendy than I remember it being. The decor is modern, but in a rustic sort of way. The pancakes are delicious, and of the three kinds I tried, my favorite is the banana granola crunch, which has the bananas fried right in the batter, where it can be caramelized, which is delightful. The lemon ricotta pancakes and the carrot cake pecan pancakes were good too.”

“This Smoothie King looks to be recently opened. The building is new and was custom built just for this purpose. It is all new and in good working order. Oddly, there are Smoothie King icons well displayed on the building, but the wording of Smoothie King is harder to find. People who don't know the icon won't know what it is. The menus are well displayed. The drive through is a new feature at a Smoothie King to me and is heavily used here. There is no indoor seating, which is the main reason I didn't give this place a five star rating. On a hot day, it would be nice to have some shade and/or air conditioning while waiting or enjoying a treat. The smoothie itself was high quality as expected for a Smoothie King. The service was friendly and the fastest of any Smoothie King I have been to. One safety concern - you have to walk across the drive through lane to get to the service window.”

“This is a little late but we swung by on Christmas Day after some traveling with family. They were super packed with dining in guests and to go orders. We watched them work so hard to get everyone their orders and even bring out free crab Rangoon to apologize for the delay. Definitely worth a stop back for the beer, but know you may be overcharged.”

“La Costa was a mixed bag experience for my girlfriend and I. Some things were very good. Some things were not. We ate there on a Saturday night from 6pm-7pm. It is a little difficult to figure out the entrance. You go through the door on the right and it is a shared entrance so then go through the door on the left to get inside. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server was Abi. He was nice, but seemed rushed fairly early on. We had decided to not get a cheese dip appetizer as my girlfriend does not like spinach. However, upon finding this out our server told us we would not taste the spinach and he was right. He brought us a sample for free so we could try and we decided to get it. The dip was smooth with just a little kick. Some of the best queso I’ve had. My girlfriend ordered the Fajita Chicken Quesadilla. It was excellent. Really good combination of taste and was presented really well. I got the steak fajitas. The steak was a little tough. Also the refried beans were tasteless. The rice was good and the flour tortillas were nice and warm and did not stick together. Overall the experience was not as good as I was hoping with a 4.4 star rating on google. We are in hopes all can be good if we decide to visit again.”

“Started with a side Caesar salad. The dressing tastes home made with some fresh grated Parmesan cheese. It was delicious. I then decided to get the Chefs favorite which was a chicken breast, shrimp, over a bed of tortellini with their own take in a rich and tasty Alfredo type sauce. It was outstanding! My friends got the egg plant special which was freshly made and rolled in ricotta cheese with a side of spaghetti in olive oil. The server said she had it 4 times that week. It was awesome too. I had a bite! The server was great. She made suggestions and was spot on with it. They cleared plates timely and were attentive. This is a place that doesn't have huge portions but just the right amount. It's more classy feel and good for a date night. Diner plates can range from $15-$20 for an entree but worth it. I'll be back!”

“On this bright and sunny morning, I had to haul myself out of the house, on my day off, and go visit my cardiologist. They require that I see them twice a year in order for them to determine whether or not my heart is still beating. Needless to say, I passed with flying colors. Now going to the cardiologist always makes me hungry and there's a place over in Liberty that I've been wanting to try for quite some time now it's called Ginger Sue’s. So, after my appointment I headed over towards Liberty walked in sat down and ordered up the Gravy Scramble. The Gravy Scramble, consisted of skillet fried potatoes, sausage, ham, mushroom and cheddar-jack cheese and three scrambled eggs topped with peppered sausage gravy. A hot cup of coffee rounded out a perfect breakfast! Downright delicious!”
