“This Starbucks has a really nice large outdoor sitting area and a really cozy interior. There are lots of comfy chairs around and some high tables as well. The trash can being far from the front door is a little strange but that's just me being used to my normal Starbucks. The staff were helpful and nice, but seemed to be mostly younger and tired by midday. They were very busy.”

“I like the menu options. Sadly, the service over the past year or so has suffered which means that the food is often presented sloppily and sometimes skimped on. Be prepared to wait awhile for your food. I watched as 3 people worked to prepare food as they bumped into each other, double filled an order because they didn't talk to each other and then stand and kind of look around in confusion. Never thought they'd get my soup ladled into a bowl. When the finally did, it was in the bowl, down the sides of the bowl and on the tray. Argh. So frustrating.”

“Lovely little visit after church. Grabbed a dozen doughnuts and a couple of coffees. The girls had iced coffee and we got a mixed variety. Fair price and neat as a pin. Decorated cute for Christmas and a manager hopped up from his bookwork to help ilia instead of waiting for other staff behind the counter. I appreciate that. I’m not typically a big chain donut type of guy but this one did the trick. I think a dozen doughnuts and a regular and an iced coffee for maybe ~$17.”

“Scooter's is my FAVORITE place to get coffee!!! I never really liked Starbucks coffee!!! I liked their frappuccinos and that was it!!! I had always heard good things about Honey Baked Ham, but I was sorely disappointed with the food. It certainly does not live up to its billing. “I was at the McDonald's located just adjacent to Wal-Mart at Blue Ridge Crossing. The clerk who didn't have a visible name tag was very professional and personable. He did a great job of suggestive selling after informing me that the special I tried to order only pertained to the breakfast menu. Turns out the special he suggested was a favorite of mine. To top it off the fries were just coming up as I ordered. A great FRESH meal. The store manager, Ms Teresa Salinas needs to recognize the young man. I was there between 1:45 and 2pm on Tuesday March 10. The only thing I can mention about the young man is that he was Caucasian. Very good crew. I was there about 30 minutes and observed a very smooth flow in handling the business. As I was leaving I requested a bag to take my sandwich and a Hispanic clerk provided a sack and a professional and personable smile. Highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work, young people”

I always get a original Big Breakfast with an English Muffin instead of a Biscuit and those fansy computers can't handle that. Employees are nice, the store is clean.
