Wendy's

It reminded me of almost every fast food trip I've ever had. The staff were all children and the service was okay. My order was given to me correctly, but I had difficulty using a coupon. I was told at the order box that the coupon would not come off of my order total until I presented it at the window, but I was at the window presenting it with my payment and still being quoted my pre coupon total like we hadn't just had a discussion about the coupon. It was just annoying.

They were a little slow. They were pretty busy tho so I can look past that but they weren't very friendly either. I also had to ask multiple times to get sour cream for my baconator fries. Also they didnt give us a single napkin. I've worked in several fast food chains and alot of restaurants too and understand food costs and paper costs and know the boss can raise a stink but not a single 1? We ordered 5 different items and had to ask 3 times for condiments and no napkins. Add the attitude and wait time and I doubt I return to that particular Wendy's. Not when so many others give you hot food plus all the things this one doesn't

Wendy's is know for it's amazing Deals and good food. This location varies from time to time. I find that the day time staff is excellent with customer service and the food is hot and fresh.

The Night Time Staff: I only go as a Last Resort. Most of the time they're closed 30 minutes to an hour before closing time and the food is......not good?!

The here was very respectful and knowledgeable . There was nobody in line yet it took longer than it should to get me my food . Burger was cold. Had TV on with no sound or closed caption. And the ambiance music was very soft. I could here the kitchen talking over the music in the Lobby.
