Always a long line at drive through. 15+ cars. Order taker always assumes you want "spicy".Too busy chuckling it up and playing around in the kitchen to understand a clearly spoken order, so you need to repeat it a few times. If your side is something other than fries, you won't receive it. Eye rolling and stink face if you mention your un-received side. Third star is only because the chicken sandwich is better than Chick fil-a's.
Super ghetto. Lines are always super long. Service is usually okay. Your order may or may not be correct. They're usually out of something. On my first visit they gave me the wrong order entirely. When I went back the manager did get me the correct order and an apology, which is more than some fast food joints have done for me. I go there for Postmates, but I will not go for a personal visit.
It was a nice experience. I had gone with my friends just to try out their family's Chicken Sandwich. As I step in I notice the common seating arrangement as in any fast food restaurant. This one was neat and well organized. Stepping up to the counter had a a bit of organization provided by the bars they set in place to guide customers to the counter. As we ordered, the transaction was clean and quick. No misunderstood statements and the wait time was not bad at all. I finally got to eat the Chicken Sandwich and I must admit, it is worth a try if you haven't had it yet. Overall it was a good experience up to the last point of disposing your leftovers and recyclable items. Definitely will revisit.
Stopped by to try the much hyped chicken sandwich. Around 8pm, the line was minimal, we were in and out in less than 15 mins. It took a little while for them to get our order together. The staff is friendly and the little time we spent in the store, it looked decently clean. The spicy chicken sandwich was good, much better than the classic. I would get it again but would not wait in any long line for it.
Tonight i had the spicy 2 piece with fries and my wife had the 3 piece dinner with mashed potatoes. It's a good meal at a reasonable price. The staff was fair and the atmosphere is also acceptable. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
