“I travel to Kansas City for work and I’ve come here 3 times and each time the service is phenomenal and the food is mouth watering. I am super picky with Mexican food and they get it right every time. I leave full and happy . The management is great and so are the servers. They are quick to meet your needs ! . Tonight I called in a to go order after a long day of work and they filled me up with extra chips and extra sour cream with no additional charge to my to order .. simply out of pure kindness. “I eat here. A lot. Staff are always nice exceptionally nice. This particular taco bell is the most consistent taco bell I've ever visited. Prices are very reasonable. Restaurant is very clean. The only if any complaint i could come up with is that sometimes you may have to wait a minute or two longer than you might expect going through the drive through. However, it is nowhere near as long as some other fast food restaurants. Highly recommended and am sad that I'll be moving away from this one.”

“We arrived 15 minutes early for a 6:30 reservation and didn't get seated till 6:50 but being Valentine's day eve we assumed they were busier than normal. They did however bring out a few trays of appetizers and allowed us to taste a few of their dishes while we waited so that saved the day. Walk-ins were being quoted a 1 1/2 hour wait and were happily accepting their place in line. That told me we we're in for a treat. Once seated the service was a bit slow but all in all once we got our food we felt that the wait was worthwhile. We will be back, but will probably try for a night that isn't so busy.”

I appreciate that when I ask for extras, like double jalapenos or onions, the servers will do it without hesitation. I sometimes eat late and I find the eating area clean, quiet, and filled with the aroma of baking bread. Excellent work. Do eat fresh.”
