She was highly concerned about building my "perfect subway sandwich!" I also noted her coworker on the phone, then visiting friends at the stores edge, not helping her but with one customer upon my leaving. She didn't smile at all, while taking this womans order. I'm allergic to milk, and sometimes when they're not paying attention it's pretty scary. I don't really want to have to rush to the hospital because someone wasn't listening. the last time the smoothie was really strange, very watery and didn't taste very good at all. Time before that was pretty great. You just don't know what you're going to get so roll the dice and go through the drive-thru.”

“We came to zona Rosa today to watch a movie in the park. We brought a happy meal for my son. After we arrived, my son had a meltdown and cried while I held him for 40 minutes. :( By the time he calmed down and was ready to eat, his happy meal was cold. The gentleman working at subway was willing to reheat his nuggets and fries and saved the day for us. I know it was just a little thing, but it really helped save the day for my kiddo.
