“We drove up to platte city from KC to try out the new deli… so worth the drive. Fresh sliced Boars head deli meats, almost everything you can think of…a multitude of cheese to choose from… at least 8-9 different kinds of mustards and sandwich toppings… several kinds of fresh breads and buns.. I had my sandwich heated just enough to warm it up, perfectly..my husband had his cold and wished he had ordered his warm too when he saw me salivating over mine. Fresh breads and meats are the key to a good deli.. as long as y’all keep this up you will not have to worry about return trips… I’m in..thank you!”

“Another new restaurant nearby that was just opened for a week so curious to explore the place. It was 2pm on Sun and the place was still full of many customers. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. It took almost 40 min for our food to be served that day. We ordered Philly cheesesteaks and pulled pork burger. Food was up to my expectation(I was starving!)and everything was good except for the long wait. It’s still new and perhaps they need a little bit more time for a good flow of the process for the kitchen. I will still go back again.”

My wife and I got some Garlic cheese Naan(10/10), paneer pakora(7/10), goat butter w/ rice(12/10), and chicken butter w/ rice(10/10). The flavors/spices were absolutely perfect. It was a great level of spice, which you can customize. I had never eaten goat before, but I would eat it for lunch every day if I could. We ordered pickup, but the interior looked extremely clean and well put together. I spoke with one of the workers too, and it's a family owned restaurant. All the more reason to support. DISCLAIMER: If you're new to Indian cuisine and order the goat, it does have some bones involved in the meal. Just be cautious while eating. Overall, I'd recommend at least giving it a try! Easiest 10/10 a place could have.”

“The food is the typical breakfast but using fresh ingredients. Visiting from Southern California I decided to try this restaurant and it was great. The staff is very friendly from walking in the door to leaving. All questions were answered and requests catered too. The waitresses cared about your experience and smiling and even got a smile back of you smiled at them. Their fresh juices are great and I recommend the morning meditation. I ended up having 3 it's so delicious. I hope this chain comes to southern California”

Why are bone-in-wings sauced in sweet baby rays barbecue sauce, and then wrapped in a tortilla? I saw alot of five star reviews. I question those now.”

The service was excellent and the food. The spicy dish was not spicy, i think salsa on the chips was spicier. The fish tacos were excellent, and the kids loved the fried tacos and tortas.”

“I had been eyeing the opening of Acre for months after reading about it in a local magazine about new restaurants in KC. I scored a reservation to the soft opening, and had a wonderful meal. This level of elevated, yet approachable food is rare in the Midwest. The quaint, refined ambiance set the mood for the brightly colored, exquisitely plated cuisine. Highlights of my meal included a Pinot noir cava, heirloom tomato, goat cheese, and basil salad, and the black angus tenderloin with butterball potatoes and pickled corn. The steak was cooked to perfection, and was very flavorful due to the wood fired preparation that is the signature of Acre’s chef, Andrew Longres. I would have tried more on the menu, but was limited due to being gluten free. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure everything on my plate catered to my dietary restrictions. I would love to see a gf dessert option. Overall I would say run, not walk to Acre once it’s fully open. It’s a meal you’ll certainly remember.”

My husband asked for white cheese sauce on his and next time so will I. Restaurant had 4 tvs and the decor was painted walls. Very nice and much better than Rancho Grande. Prices were abit lower than neighboring mexican restaurants. Sweet tea was perfect!”

“I was really impressed with this little cafe. The food we had was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The cafe itself was nicely decorated and spotless. Our dinner which included an appetizer two plate meals and two soft drinks was reasonably priced. The food quality was perfect. I can't say enough about how good the food is. However, what impressed me the most was the service. They were short staffed during our last visit and the single waitress was handling 8 or 9 tables plus people at the counter. This young lady handle it extremely well and professionally even when she was literally run back and forth with drink refills and new orders. She handled it all like a rockstar. She needs a raise!”
