I notified her that this was my 1st visit in & she gave me a warm welcome to sit & explained their menu. Brittany also notified me of their special of the day (they have a different special everyday). The vibe/music playing were on point as well as the service & the hot herbal tea I ordered. “When I first ate here it was great! My sweetheart and I ate there on 8. 24 2019 and the food was horrible. They were out of so many foods. I suggested to the owner to find another vendor. They get you hooked on certain foods then they are in no hurry to replace them when they are out. My sweetheart ordered a hamburger and it was delivered with just the buns. No tomatoes or cheese. They said they were out. You can get tomatoes and cheese from Wal-Mart. I ate the half slab of ribs and threw it up. I think they use liquid smoke instead of taking the time to smoke all of their meat. The waitresses took their time getting our drinks and there was only about ten customers there. It seemed that the waitresses were more interested in flirting with the boys and the other male employers. This place is owned By AFRICAN AMERICANS. WE MUST REPRESENT BETTER. THIS IS HOW WE LOSE CUSTOMERS AND EVENTUALLY END UP CLOSING OUR BUSINESSES. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!”

If I have a question about an item, the answer is swiftly and pleasantly given, if the cashier doesn't immediately know, she or he will ask other workers until an answer is found. The atmosphere is always great, tables bussed and cleaned, self serve drink stations are clean, music is never too loud! If you aren't a rewards member, you should become one, food rewards are good and you'll get a treat for your birthday!”

“I was in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, which wasn't bad considering there was 6 cars in front of me. Most chicken restaurants take a while anyway so no problems there. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because of how difficult it is to find this place and how difficult it is to get into this place. It's on a main street which is good but it is a very BUSY street trying to get in there is like trying to get a cat into a bathtub. You could be in the turn lane for literally 15 minutes before there is a break in traffic. Also the building needs a paint job I passed it up because I couldn't see the logo, you'll only see this place if you're on the same side as the building. Last reason this isn't a 5 star is the intercom may need fixing or the headsets that the employee was using needs fixing because you can't hear what they're saying. It's incredibly low. But all in all the service was quick and the order was correct and hot so good job for this location at this particular time of day being 2pm on a Friday.????????”
