Excellent food and service! Will definitely go again.

Probably the best food experience you can get in the STL area. Instantly transported to NYC. We sat at the bar, chefs make the food in front of you and engage with you, let you taste, and will answer all your questions. The best service at a restaurant: attentive and not overbearing. Everything was perfect.

We have been twice to Billie Jeans.
The food overall is very good.
The service is attentive and informative.
But it also feels over-hyped. The seasonings, sauces both times were ordinary, bordering on bland. We have eaten all over the world at high end /middle and low end restaurants. This one is not unique. It seems tailored to the retired wealthy who have simple tastes and evidently don't travel, unless on an all inclusive for older people.

We have been going to I-Fratinelli since it opened. This is far more unique, quaint, and has been serving quality food with warm and professional service x 18 years.
I'd highly recommend it over Billie Jeans .

And yes, I realize I -Frat and Billie Jeans has same owner.
In my opinion, you got it right the first time.

The food and atmosphere were exceptional. I was also very impressed with the staff and their service. The professional staff goes above and beyond to make the dining experience outstanding.
