I had the four cheese pizza and added prosciutto. It was absolutely amazing!
The sauce was light and slightly sweet, the crust was the perfect amount of crispy and soft. The prosciutto added just the right amount of salt to balance the sauce.
I had no idea what to expect, and was blown away by how delicious it was.
I would absolutely go back again. It was well worth the price in my opinion.
I hope they one day open another location that’s not at the food hall so it’s more convenient. That being said, despite being extremely busy the pizza came out in a timely manner and was perfectly cooked.
Good quality pizza here.
With neapolitan pizza there is a bit of a learning curve so there are some things you need to know if you're not familiar with it. I can see some complaints here about the pizza which stem from the fact most people probably don't know much about Neapolitan pizza because its not common here.
Its supposed to be floppy. In Naples where this pizza originated, they either fold the pizza when they eat it or they use a fork and a knife. Its not supposed to be firm and thick.
Sauce is meant to be relatively light, as well as the cheese and toppings.
If you leave it in the box for 30+ minutes while you drive home before you eat it, it can be a bit soggy. Thats just the way it is. Ideally it should be eaten immediately at the location it was made.
The pizza is supposed to be light, and not thick, heavy, or very filling. Im not sure how this is a criticism because I don't like feeling like I just had thanksgiving dinner after eating pizza like I would after eating Papa Johns or similar.
The black bubbles on the crust are normal and actually desired and sought after when making this type of pizza. Its not a result of being burned its a result of the high temperature the pizza is cooked at and the type of dough that is used.
One of the better Neapolitan pizzerias around. Fast service (pizza was ready in about 5 minutes). $17 for a pepperoni pizza. The gelato looked excellent but I didn’t order any. No complaints.
Had to eat half the pie before thinking about taking a picture. Absolutely amazing crust and perfectly cooked. Jalapeno popper pizza was delicious. Great staff and fantastic service. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
Pizza was good. We ordered the pepperoni, the four cheese (with red sauce and sausage). Both good. Also ordered the Ceasar salad. Was supposed to come with garlic croutons and shaved parmesan. Both this ingredients were missing. Dressing was very good. Also, we asked for forks for the salad. They didn't have any🤔
