I ordered a rice bowl and a mango lassi. It was my first time visiting & the person who took my order was patient & kind. He gave me a recommendation & when I couldn’t decide he gave me a sample & when I still couldn’t decide he suggested a half & half order & that was delicious! Very flavorful. And the mango drink was a perfect way to finish my meal. Simple menu. Quick service. Good experience.

Really good food with great flavor and great service! You can get a specialty samosa on the weekend.

Food is good, but service was lacking. Paid $20 cash. Got $9.50 back. He asked is I had 90 cents before giving me change and I said I didnt.

No receipt. No dosa or sauce upgrades. No explanation. He just walks away. Stood at the counter for a few minutes to see if he would come back and I could ask about it. Just got handed the food, so I left very confused.

If you don't have change, just tell me and I'll pay with a card. I was trying to save the restaurant money on card processing fees.

Turmeric street style is one of the underrated restaurants at the City Foundry. Their mango lassi tastes amazing and is very close to the authentic version. I got their chicken tikka masala dosa which was so worth it. The chicken was well spiced and moist with great flavor. Oh highly recommend this spot the next time you visit the city foundry.
