“Lovely little visit after church. Grabbed a dozen doughnuts and a couple of coffees. The girls had iced coffee and we got a mixed variety. Fair price and neat as a pin. Decorated cute for Christmas and a manager hopped up from his bookwork to help ilia instead of waiting for other staff behind the counter. I appreciate that. I’m not typically a big chain donut type of guy but this one did the trick. I think a dozen doughnuts and a regular and an iced coffee for maybe ~$17.”

“I went to pick up my bagels this morning after ordering them last night. Much to my disappointment the order was never relayed and y bagels weren’t made. Rather than apologize and send me on my way, the manager apologized, told me he’d bake them fresh, and personally deliver them. He did so within 90 minutes and did so at no charge! This is exactly the kind of service that keeps this customer ordering again and again.”

During the lunch hour the dining room was crowded and pretty noisy but didn't distract from our own conversation or the causal atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. “I go to this Panera very often, and I have been since about 2003. I find the staff to be super friendly (they know me on a first-name basis). The environment is perfect for a quiet start to your morning, or a relaxed lunch perhaps with colleagues or friends, or of course dinner or a semi-late night snack. The restaurant is always clean, as are the restrooms, and the outdoor seating is great. I've seen many friends here (sometimes by coincidence) and it's really a fresh environment for people of all ages. I'm a very picky eater, and Panera's selection and health choices cater to my tastes perfectly. I like a lot of their sandwiches and especially the pastries. I cannot remember a single occasion where they messed up my order, and it's always reasonably fast (they do get busy often but they are very efficient). I'll always be going to this Panera for a great meal. Huge thank you to the super friendly staff and the manager.”
