Extremely kind and willing to help me out because I didn't have my phone which had their app on it, and had my $ loaded on it and points I use all the time. They were very busy because they were closing up for the night and lots of people in the drive thru. With all that was going on, the manager (I believe), stopped what he was doing, came over to me and he helped me with my issue. He wrote down a specific phone# and explained what to do. He knew his employer (Starbucks) like the back of his hand and treated me with respect. He was very kind, caring and knew exactly what he was doing. He should be running his own store. I wanted to thank him and all the employees working tonight. Props to you for running the Starbucks in Belton, MO like a well oiled machine!!”

“This Starbucks has a really nice large outdoor sitting area and a really cozy interior. There are lots of comfy chairs around and some high tables as well. The trash can being far from the front door is a little strange but that's just me being used to my normal Starbucks. The staff were helpful and nice, but seemed to be mostly younger and tired by midday. They were very busy.”

We all had our food in less than fifteen minutes- cheeseburgers, grilled cheese and chicken salad sandwiches- all really good and tasted like home! The service was great and ladies were very pleasant. We had coffee to go- amazing and will be a nice treat on the way home. We found a new stop to and from the cabin!
