“I didn't really enjoy any of the food. All the meat was dry, sauces were okay, and the sides were average at best. However, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. The guys working were amazing and friendly, they made the experience enjoyable even when the food was lacking. I would debate coming back and trying some other options, hoping for the absolute best, solely because the service was so great. Food was maybe a 4/10 but service bumped the overall review up to 6/10.”

“Pizza was very good but supervisor is quite rude. She needs to take management classes. I understand because of covid they do not want customers waiting for their pizza inside the store. There is a nice way to ask for customers to wait outside not just yell at the cashiers to tell everyone once you pay to get out until pizza is ready. The poor cashiers shouldn't have to work with supervisors or managers yelling at them while customers are in lobby.”

“Always keep you in the loop with regards to delivery and the food is exactly what you expect from Pizza Hut. The staff are generally friendly and they take social distancing and mask-wearing seriously. As an example I order delivery in my driver hit a deer on the way oh, they were quick to call and inform me yet still my food arrived within a few minutes. Probably helps I live within a mile of the store”

Hands down the best HOMEMADE chicken ever. Best HOMEMADE cooking in all of Springfield. This place is not talked about enough. It is a bit of an old building not in the best of location but so worth our drive from republic and my 2yr old went crazy over it all. I'm so happy I now know of this places existence. Golden corral, Cracker Barrel, and all the other mom and pop places could learn so much from Alli's. Wish I could give 10 stars. And seriously could go on forever as I was really so impressed. I love to cook and come from a great family of good cooks so finding a good restaurant is rare for us as we rarely find a place worth the money if we can do it better at home. We felt a bit sketchy when we pulled in but figured what the hell, they gave us two menus and I was like dang it and we still said what the heck we'll give it a whirl and then they brought us the foo and seriously we was blown away. “Curiouser and curiouser. Perhaps the strangest dining experience in ages. I imagine the Eagles we’re under a similar influence when writing meal California. Be that as it may I had a lovely meal, if not an outstanding meal Beautifully cooked trout, a gorgeous side of asparagus, my partner had the salmon (exceptional), and we split a the bread pudding (divine). The wine (by the glass) list is lackluster but the bottle offerings were impressive. Tremendous collection of liquor. Great service. Will certainly return. Strange vibes were mostly in me: I rarely eat at steak houses, especially those feeling straight out of Victorian New England of the 20’s ? Had a great time.”
