“We’ve driven past this place many times over the years, but it was never at dinner time. Tonight we finally were able to give Alexandro’s a try and we’re so glad we did. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. We found the atmosphere very calming and inviting, upscale but not pretentious. The spaces seem thoughtfully arranged to accommodate various-sized parties while maintaining the feeling of privacy. We were served by Uriah and by Nia, and they both gave us attentive, friendly, and helpful service. One of our benchmarks in a restaurant is the water service, and that was spot-on. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy as we were dining rather late. Some places we’ve been we’d see staff starting to sweep carpets, or service slowing down, or other signs of “I can’t wait until closing time.” But we felt like valued customers who got the best the restaurant had to give. Only complaint is about our server. She brought us our food and never checked on us again. No refills and she complained about how busy it was. They still have the super cozy lounge sofas and still serve late night pizza! Only problem here was that, in a half hour or so, all the same drunky mush heads from Napoli had invaded and were doing the same thing they did at Napoli - - linger around the bar, block walking paths, and not let you get in to close your tab out lol.”

Live bands and country night on Wednesdays and 1st Friday of the month which is nice with everything else at least 15 miles away. Staff get to know their regulars and try to be friendly even when busy. If they aren't they usually apologize.”

“They've made improvement since my last visit. It's a good idea to get there when the doors open (30mins or so before show time) you'll get better seats and you can put your food order in. If you get there at show time you might be waiting for food service because by that time servers are fulfilling orders. It seems like now you can pay for your food with a card right there with the server instead of them collecting all the cards and taking them to the back to ring out. I still prefer and recommend cash . Food was great! Great Venue! Great Comedian!”

“Obviously a popular place, Drunken Fish is hidden in what appears to be an old office building that now hosts several theatre/comedy clubs along with a radio station whose glass enclosed studios provide an interesting view as you try to find the restaurant in the dimly lit building. I wasn't sure we were in the right spot and was cautiously ready to turn back until I finally spotted the signage. Once inside, the place was busy, a haven for those who had ventured up the narrow escalators and dark theatres. Our waiter was busy but was prompt and business like. Our food arrived quickly and was good. We were tired from travel on a long trip, so it wasn't a social engagement we were looking for. The food was a welcome change to the typical travelers food one finds in normal retail fronts.”
