“Holy smokes! This is some dang good bbq. The ribs fall off the bone and are fat and juicy. The coleslaw and potato salad was Midwest perfection. I hope this is here next time I drive through Valentine.”

“We were driving from Nebraska to the Black Hills and stopped at Valentine for a quick lunch. This place has good sandwiches and pizzas. I personally don't eat sandwiches, but I took a bite of my husband's sandwich and it was yummy. The other side sell coffee and desserts. It was good as well.”

“We ate here since we were in town for a wrestling meet for the weekend. Place was nice, clean and staff was happy and attentive. We had our 3 youngest with us and they seemed to enjoy their food. I had to switch prime rib out for my son's smoked brisket as the sauce they put on the brisket was a bit too spicy for him. So he got my 12oz prime rib and I got his brisket. He loved the prime rib, and so did I. It was good. My son's brisket was over cooked/smoked. It was tough but not bad. We took dessert to go. Overall good place, clean and people were nice.”

“After a long day of driving our first leg of road tripping across the country (and a VERY long monotonous stretch of nothing!!!!!), we ran across this restaurant. I reviewed it five years ago right after we went there. But I'm back on here to right a description of our experience because, after the five year since visiting, my husband is STILL talking about the steak he had here. He proclaims that he had the "best steak I have ever had IN MY LIFE" at this restaurant. So if you find yourself traveling the long desolate highway from Oklahoma to Deadwood, and need a dinner break in Nebraska, this is a great option!!”

“Excellent place with a good selection of the most common Indian dishes. Vegetarian options as well as chicken, goat, lamb, and shrimp. I travel regularly and love trying local restaurants. This place is in the top 10% of Indian restaurants I've tried around the country. Very unexpected to run across this in small town Nebraska. Would definitely eat here again.”

“Hands down best golfing experience of my life. The course was challenging and kept up beautifully. A midway house can keep you going with snacks and drinks on either side of the 36 hole facility. The pines or dunes experience will keep you mesmerized by either a rolling hills background or rock and tree scape that makes you feel like your deep in the Colorado Rockies. Pro staff and restaurant staff are all extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. The rooms were rich in color and quality. I can’t wait to go back some time soon.”

“I have been exploring America in an old RV for 8+ years, and this is one of my favorite restaurants to revisit! Cody is a small village in the Sand Hills of Nebraska, and Cody's Husker Hub is its hidden gem. It is the community hub, usually filled with ranchers who are happy to answer any questions you have - the locals are friendly. The food is fantastic. Good prices, portions, and delicious. Nebraska beef is tasty, so have a ribeye (they know how to cook them.) Chicken-fried steak is their Wednesday special, and one of the best. Their triple-bacon burger is unique, with three types of bacon. Their pork fritter sandwich is 100% yummy. Their full bar is a pleasure to sit at and watch the locals. 😊”
