Runza Restaurant

My son and I went in on Mother's Day. I ordered a, "Summer Berry Salad," with expectations this would include strawberries as it did not say what was included on the menu inside of the restaurant. I got cranberries and walnuts, which is expected in the fall. This is a corporate issue and not the individual store. It's listed on the web site, which I later found out. Needless to say I will not order a salad from Runza again.

It's a Nebraska staple how can you not go wrong with Runza! I am sad we are moving out of state and won't have Runza where we are going but when we come back to visit, it will be a lunch stop for us for sure!

Food is great service is great. The atmosphere makes me feel like an animal on display at the zoo. The drive-thru wraps around the lobby where people eat their food glass windows 360 no curtains leaves everybody just staring at you while you eat. Very off-putting atmosphere to eat. Also what happened to Runza The Glory Days when it was rock and roll runza? Now it seems like it's lost its Soul reduced everything to black uniforms .

We always love Runza, but this visit was extra special. Despite the terrible weather (negative temperatures and lots of snow), we had a wedding reception to prepare and needed lunch. The staff were very welcoming and made our visit pleasant. As always, the food was fresh and delicious. We are very grateful to them for their positive attitude and service despite the storm.
