Mouth of The South

This is our new favorite restaurant! We had the Kickin Chicken Pasta with added blackened shrimp, Meatloaf, and Bread Pudding. All three were fabulous! Our waitress was very attentive and personable. Overall a great experience!

Service was great! The expo/manager was SO great, drink runner/manager SO kind. All employees were absolutely fantastic, maybe bartenders have a little more energy, but they were attentive and nice.

Boudin Balls 100%, side salad 100%, crab dip (OK, I would add something with a bit of texture, maybe fried shallots? Serve with cucumbers and celery? Cajun Chicken was very good, I would suggest topping with full chicken breast and slice to order, the chicken was very dry. Flavor was good, maybe add some veggies (peppers and onions) and a tad of red pepper flakes, fresh garlic. Po Boy 100%, Jambalaya 100%. I was sad the patio wasn't open on such a nice night :( Great Job everyone and keep it up!

What a wonderful surprise this was! Restaurant we planned on was closed, so checked Maps for something nearby and what a great choice it was. Our server was most attentive and helpful, and the food was soooo good! Looking forward to going again and trying other things 😋

First visit so we had no preconceptions. Mouth of the South has a wide ranging menu selection... all was very good. Luke was our waiter and was charming, experienced and efficient. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it for good food, great service and a casual energetic atmosphere. Gotta love the bright purple umbrellas in patio area too.

The food was very tasty. We loved everything. The drinks were great as well. They hand stuffed blue cheese in olives for my martini and good selection of beers for my husband. We will be back and bring company. I will say it was nicer than what I thought so it would be great for a nice night out or date night. Definitely recommend.
